When I walked in I asked a lady at the cash register (Gloria) where I can find an item she told me the isle and bay number to where I can find my items very helpful

I going to home Depot pretty much everyday as a contractor everyone at the store is very helpful and very nice The crew in the pro desk are amazing and the store manager always ask if I need anything

This Home Depot in particular is my favorite store up here in the high desert from being well stocked to having great help. Just an all-around good experience reminds me of the 90’s!

Always such an easy store to get in get what you need and get out of. Staff always greets me, ask if I need help finding something and on my way out there is never a lack of cashiers. I never have to wait in line for more than 5 mins tops.

I got in and out of the store with no harassments from tamale and orange sales persons. It used to be unsettling with their yelling at us going into the store!! Thanks to the people who have improved the experience of stopping in to get our home improvement needs.

They don’t discriminate towards people in wheelchairs and I would say the only bad thing is that I can’t afford to do bigger projects and they always are kind and ask what I’m planning to do with the plants I get and the things I plan on building and what I plan on using the product I am purchasing for very nice

Everyone was friendly and helpful in this HD compared to Bear Valley road. We were greeted when walking in by several people including being asked if they could help us during our walk thru the store

FOUND TOW STRAPS ON CLEARANCE SECTION LISTED FOR $24.98. EVERYDAY PRICE $12.98.. I ASKED MANAGER SHENA (SHE SCANNED BOTH LABELS-SAID "YOU CAN HAVE AT$12.98" THATS IT NO DISCOUNT NO CLEARANCE. RUDE AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT WHEN I COUGHT THE MISTAKE.

Came in with a project in mind and Gus was able to help us plan out all of the materials and steps we need for completion.

When I came to self checkout the lady at checkout approached without me asking and quickly assisted me with the new computers making my checkout very quick!

0012 Cashier Patsy was amazing at slicing a return problem that the phone support couldn’t do. She is the hero of the day. At making me feel welcomed and giving me full support on my bad day. I wish there where more people like Patsy. Oh and the guy at the rental tools he was awesome as well in haloing me take the fuel out of my generator. I hate that I can’t remember his name.. but they both made my day easier and brought my spirit up. God Bless you guys

I constantly bought items for quick fix at home and this is my place to go.

I really like this home depot. I just wish there were more employees to be able to assist when I need help.

This store has been one of the best stores that I have shopped at. Everything is easy to find and most of the people have been great and helpful. We are all human and with that being said, some of the staff need training in helping and dealing with handicap individuals.
