The store usually has all the items I want or need. Rarely they do not.

I visited the store at apparently a busy time which caused an extended delay receiving service. I complained to the Supervisor Gus Alfaro about my dissatisfaction with the service--and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that when I left the store that I would be a satisfied customer. He personally made sure that I got the product I wanted AND made sure that I did not have to wait upon check-out. Of course he apologized and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that customers ARE satisfied when they visit and leave the store. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service he provided.

Store was clean and the employees where very nice

this home depot #1844 victorville was one of the best store that we shop from .We found everything we needed for replacing our properties fence i highly recommend shopping from this store .

This location is great. The employees are all very knowledgeable. They will tell you where items are located. Even if it is not in their department. The prices are fair, about the same as other home improvement stores. The customer service in this store is above and beyond any other store I shop in. The cashiers are friendly and help out with your big, bulky items. I have been shopping at this location since I moved to Victorville, 7 years ago. This store is clean, well stocked and have employees that appreciate their customers!

Mike Vizzini is amazing!! He came right over and was very accommodating, helpful and gave us excellent customer service. Home Depot is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.❤️

Miguel in the electrical department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what, and if they had items in stock, and knew exactly where everything was. His expertise made the shopping trip a breeze.

Excellent costumer service

I am not the most "handy" person, so when I visit a store such as home depot, I usually need help. This home depot has come to my rescue every time I have needed help. I went in for ZEP drain unclogger and the sales person took out her phone and found it online and told me what isle it was on. Another time, I needed some wood cut, and sure enough another employee brought the person to me, This last time, I needed a staple gun and the home depot woman associate helped me find the section and staples. This doesn't happen with me in any other stores, but Home Depot on Roy Roger Way in Victorville, Thank you Home Depot.

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that help me but he wasn't even from the department i needed help with but he went out of his way to get me help that was very nice of him I thought.

Employee "Karen" is not an asset to Home Depot. Besides not knowing anything about building, maintenance, plumbing, gardening, etc. she has the personality of a toad. So sorry...

Cannot get employees to help you. The only person that was helpful was the lady in appliances. She paged someone for me twice and a cashier paged them once but I still never received help with the item I needed. After waiting for 35 minutes I left. I will be going to another store from now on.

This store has some of the kindest employees of all the home centers in the high desert. When you ask for help, they help you. If they don't know the answer, they find out for you. Really great place to shop.

The associates at Home Depot are par excellence very knowledgeable and amiable. The store was clean and felt safe during this crisis. I am thankful to customer service desk, especially sharoon.
