I went to this store because it had the product that I needed. When I got there, the line to get in because of the Covid 19 virus, was lengthy. But to my surprise moved very quickly. Then when I entered the store, there were employees everywhere and they were more than willing to help with everything I needed. Including getting a dolly type cart to carry my cooler on. The safety procedures that this store has in place should be followed by other businesses. The cleanliness was immaculate in every aisle that I visited. The wonderful customer service should be implemented everywhere. My experience today was totally worth the 35 miles that I had to drive to get there.

This store has the vast majority of the products a home owner requires to complete many tasks around the house. The quality is very good and the stock level is usually adequate for my needs.

I DO NOT KNOW IF HOME DEPOT GIVES SENIOR DISCOUNTS. I WENT TO LOWES (BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM I WANTED) AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A SENIOR DISCOUNT.I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OF US STILL LEFT STILL HANGING ON TO GOD'S GREATEST GIFT

The store was great! Super clean and everyone was so helpful. I had needed some help in the gardening area and a young lady Maria helped me load my soil onto my cart and even helped me pick out some flowers! After she even helped me load it into my car !! Super great !

Look for Patty shes the best. Very personable, friendly and always smilin . My children even look forward to seeing her and Judy.

Chain Link hardware and the individual fastener aisle are is complete disorganized. Nothing is in the spots they are labeled to be. Had no carriage bolts. Asked a department manager they said they have been out for a while now.

The store is relatively close to my residence and they usually have the products I am looking for.

The store is highly convenient, it is a short drive of five minutes from my house. However, if not for the convenience I would definitely shop at the Home Depot off of Bear Valley. For some reason, the stock at the Bear Valley store in Victorville is always better. They have more vendors there during the weekends to showcase their products and ideas. It seems as if though the Roy Rogers store is ignored and given just enough attention to keep people shopping, again, unlike Bear Valley Victorville. Final thoughts, the store does work for the majority of my home projects and the staff does well. I will continue to shop but would like to see improvements made to the shopping experience.

Our cashier Sebastian was great.. extremely friendly. We were in and out of there in no time. Customs Service on the floor could be better though... We asked an older white employee for help with locating the pvc pipes and he just pointed and said "they're over there" didn't even look up.

The Victorville store is clean, has sufficient stocked items I usually need, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The store was clean & everybody was nice, & polite. I will be back again. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Hightower did a great Job! Customer service and satisfaction to the fullest. This young man helped me find what I needed to get, that the other Home Depots and Hardware Stores in the high desert couldn't find. He did a great Job to help me look through bin's and looked though packages because I was in need of some special screws that I needed to find in order to put up my TV on a wall mount. It was a Saturday and my family wanted to enjoy our new TV but no one cared to look for the special screws until we went to this Home depot and ran into Mr. Hightower. We explained that every other stores was just gaffing us off. He told us he would help us complete our mission and he did. Great Customer service as he could of just told us, we don't have any of those, Bye. If this home depot keeps people like him working, I will make this my new shopping grounds for my household items. Plus I will spread the word at every Veterans Event that I attend since I am a retired Military Veteran.
