Yes I have been remodeling my house for the past two years and I would say all the materials that I bought and rentals that I’ve gotten to redo hardwood floors the tile that I bought there were two bathrooms steps into my kitchen and I am ordering tile for my kitchen counters I’ve done most of the work myself and I’ve also ordered wallpaper from you and it was lovely just absolutely gorgeous very happy with all the products. Thank you!!

There was actually a sales person in the department when I walked in, able to answer any questions.

The ladies who helped me at the paint counter today were amazing. I love when the associates actually know about the things they are selling!

I should not have to interrupt employees having a personal conversation. even after patiently waiting, I still have to interrupt them to ask for help. It embarrasses me to interrupt a conversation, and then have to endure the angry attitude of the person who has to help you. it's a real problem at this store.

Try not to ask questions in plumbing dept. They do not like it.

We went to this store after being super frustrated over a bathroom faucet that we had that long story short we needed to replace a part. We needed a specific piece and couldn’t find it anywhere, We went to several stores prior. So we went to Home Depot and with the help of the employee Sterling who helped get us the part we needed we finally got our shower up and running again!!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!! It means so much to us that you took the time out to help us find what we needed and didn’t give up or get frustrated!!! Thank you for all you do Sterling!!! There is also a cashier named Shelly and she is super sweet as well!!! Say hello when you stop in!!! Super nice people!!!

The last two times I’ve been in the store, there were two different people that made the trip worthwhile. The type of greeting and care that made your day after a really tough day. It’s rare to go somewhere and get treated and treated so well.

This store has employees that are friendly and helpful every time that I go into the stores. They always help me find what I am looking for, super friendly!

Self checkout cashier was extremely unhelpful and rude and wanted me to waste my gas to go home and make a change to my account then return to the store to receive my discount rather than applying at the time of my purchase.

Emilie C was so sweet, my wife and I wish we could adopt her! After self-checkout, I was initially frustrated with the veteran's discount program. Afterwards, I registered for my military discount in the parking lot & took my receipt back in, to the service desk. Emilie C completely, changed that experience. She was PERFECTLY efficient, and pleasant. Please keep her around! She's a smart, patient communicator. This has made me re-prioritize H.D. MUCH higher in shopping priority other stores.
