Martha Moore was the first employee to approach me and offer her assistance. She got on the computer and found a dishwasher in my price range. She was very efficient with the sale and paperwork to have it delivered. She deserves your recognition for a job well done

If you are planning a new project for your home I highly recommend you visit Wayne Manges and allow him to help you plan your ideas and let him know in advance what your budget is so he can design it in such a way that it is affordable for you.

Employees are readily available to assist and greet you throughout the store. Very helpful paint associates and their ProDesk associates provide outstanding service. In a town the size of Mansfield with three major home stores their service stands out to me! Appreciate their honoring my military service with a discount on all purchases and my wife & I use their credit card for major purchases which has some great terms

We recently purchased a gas hot water heater. It was actually installed the day of purchase. Amazing, I know! The installer/plumber from Home Depot, Josh, was clear on instructions, prompt, efficient, careful in caring for our home, and excellent in cleaning up. Terrific!

at this location, a guy named jordan helped me by getting down shelf boards that were too high for me to reach. he got those shelves down like they weighed nothing. he was also polite. after he helped me in the shelf isle, i asked him where the levels were. instead of him pointing me to the correct isle, he walked me down to the isle where the levels were. that was above and beyond. jordan was a huge help.

They shipped the completely wrong product than what I ordered. Their only offer to correct their mistake was to wait another 2 weeks for them to try again. NO THANKS! Item was returned, I'll never be back. Went somewhere else with better customer service.

The associate was gracious and helpful, spent a lot of time with us, printed off a lot of information for us, and helped us find a product we thought we would like. We had bought a refrigerator five years ago at Home Depot, which is where we usually go to get the type of things that they sell. Its compressor recently failed. We paid a repairman (identified for us by Home Depot) over a hundred dollars to come and tell us that the compressor had failed. He wasn't qualified to make the repair. They sent another repairman. He apparently hadn't been told that the compressor had failed, so he told us again that the compressor had failed. He was qualified to replace the compressor, but so many such refrigerators had had the same problem (he had repaired 17 such refrigerators on a recent day) that he had no more compressors in stock. He was also going to charge us fifty dollars more than the previous repairman, but we ended up buying a service contract for about fifty dollars a month, so didn't have to pay the service charge the second time. The second repairman, especially, was particularly pleasant and helpful. He suggested we buy a new refrigerator. We bought a new refrigerator, again from Home Depot, but when it came, it was dented, and the delivery people didn't even bring it in. We are waiting for a replacement.

I give Home Depot a five star rating I was more then pleased with all of the assistance ,information Cleanliness .Brian S In Appliances was very friendly and helpful very knowledgeable . I Definitely will be back.

Very pleased with the service I received in the Appliance Dept over the phone. Salesperson was very pleasant and helpful.

I always receive such excellent customer service here. I am always greeted and acknowledged by all the associates and asked if I need help. 9 times out of 10, I need assistance at some point in my visit there and I know who to look for when I’m ready because they’ve already greeted me. The associates are personable and professional and ready to help. I live within walking distance from another home improvement store in the area, but I choose to go to Home Depot for my needs because of the customer service

My husband and I bought a tool chest combo from the store (they only had 1 set in stock), and we told them we will pick it up the next day as we didn’t have our trailer with us then. Home Depot agreed and they put the tool chest on “will-call” after we PAID. Came back the next day, nobody could find the tool chest, then they told us they sold our tool chest to another person. They then said there is the top chest in another store over 75 miles away but then refused to transfer it to our local store so we can at least have one of the boxes and we were going to just buy the bottom box elsewhere. Not helpful.
