The staff was friendly and helpful. Women's restroom was clean. The store didn't have the microwave that I wanted in stock. They offered to order it for me but wanted to charge a $60 fee to ship it. Im not paying extra just because they can't stock their shelves. I was ready to go somewhere else, but ended up settling for a different one that was in stock.

Every employee in this store provided excellent customer service, walking me through the entire process from product selection to order pick-up. I am not a construction or handy man professional, and the assistance I received from their staff proved invaluable. (A special shout out to Kim in cabinets and appliances for taking such good care of me!).

Employees were very helpful and the store had ample sale items in stock.

Usually have a good experience here, always choose this over other stores. Today the associate at the paint desk was not friendly, not even polite. She was impatient when I had a question about different types of paint. I knew my paint was almost ready, not because she told me, but because she slammed my paint sample on the counter in front of me and glared at me. When the paint was done she pushed it toward me and slapped a stirrer and a spout on top while I already clearly had some in my hand, and was very condescending. I said thank you and left. Gross experience.

Tony was professional associate today and he rocked this job,a made sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied!

Worse service I have received in a Home Depot. Need to have staff that want to work and help customers

This is our favorite Home Deport and our favorite home improvement store. It is clean, spacious, easy to navigate, and every employee that we have encountered on every trip has been friendly and helpful. The products that we were looking for were in stock and prices are comparable if not better, that other local stores of this type. I highly recommend this store.

A young store employee Jonathan was so patient with me, a grandmother looking for a drill to purchase. I was confused and overwhelmed with all the chouces. I needed an affordable, lightweight but powerful drill for my own use. He asked me additional questions. He selected a Rigid Drill/Impact Driver Combo kit that was best for me personally. Jonathan also explained that Rigid was Home Depots Brand. He also selected a drill bit kit. He continued to assist me thoughout the selfcheck out! What a lovely thoughtful young man! He must be his grandma's favorite!!!

Martha Moore in appliances was terrific to work with and made our shopping experience great. This was my first time ever buying a new kitchen appliance package and was very pleased with her experience in the department. I will be going back and asking for her again when I'm ready to purchase again.

I shop Home Depot in several cities and I find this store is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and know where to send you if you need help. Nearly without exception they have the things I need in stock.

All of the associates were so friendly and went above and beyond to help.

I was very impressed with the precautions taken to limit how many are in the store and to make sure those entering exit at the other end of the store. Employees were protected and had carts sanitized for use. Also, the employees within the store were very willing to assist when help was needed.

They did not have the building materials available for the customer to pick up, although they had more in the back. They admitted that they were "cleaned out" in the morning and hadn't bothered to restock it yet. I had a terrible associate named Tavo at the register. He would not page anyone to help me load my materials until I asked him numerous times.

Judy in paint is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and very professional. She will help you with whatever you need to know and will give you her full attention. This is such a great store, willing to help you accomplish your projects.

NO-THE PRODUCTS WERE NOT EASY TO FIND,I DID GET ASSISTANCE FROM ONE WOMAN ON THE FLOOR,BUT MOST JUST WALKED PAST ME WITHOUT A WORD.THE STORE WAS SOMEWHAT CLUTTERED WITH MECHADISE TO BE PUT ON SHELVES. I DO LIKE HOME DEPOT,BUT THIS JUST MAY HAVE BEEN A BAD DAY

For a total of 3 trips to this store I had to get 85 bags of gravel at about 50 or so pounds each. Nick in Garden was the guy who helped every single time. He pulled the bags and helped load it into my truck every single time and without hesitation. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot.

Product here are great! They have different varieties to choose from, employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

Nikki in appliance department was very helpful with helping me pick a dryer. She set up delivery on my day off. It was a pleasure to get assistance from someone who knew what they were doing.

I would like to bring attention to the fact that veterans aren't being honored online when it comes to the 10% military discount.. please address and fix this issue.

Ashton showed me what I was looking for, directed me to the right location in an area outside hardware, then met up with me to complete my hardware items. He cut a piece that was too small for the larger saw to fit my need. He volunteered his services without me asking. He gets triple stars..5 stars times 3... 15 stars

My wife and I had a great experience buying 4 appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. Victoria the sales person was excellent. WE very much appreciate her hard work.

WE DID NOT GET GOOD SERVICE AND PEOPLE WERE RUDE AND IN A HURRY FOR BREAKS AND TO LEAVE ,WAS TOLD THATS OK I'AM IN A HURRY TO LEAVE AND GET OUT OF HERE

I work at a car wash and self storage facility close by and we shop here often. It's convenient and we usually can find what we need to get things fixed.

Very poor customer service compared to the other home improvement stores .

Staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and take an interest in the project you are working on to see if you might need additional help. The best thing though is they have a lot of long-term staff; not a lot of turn over, and if there is, the new employees are like a clone of the rest; same skill set for their position requirements.

Taylor helped me out so much by going around the whole store for the one small item I needed. She was great!
