I was looking for a box of matches and I do not think that home Depot had them but a nice employee said that they might have it in aisle 53 but they might might be. sold out but the employee showed us the last box.

The employees are always so helpful and extremely kind . We have always had great customer service from this store

I have been going through a kitchen remodel and have used the Ontario Store for my counter top, all my hardware, sink, faucets, stove vent and also for window coverings for my dining room. The staff here is so very helpful. Brian Ramey is the man to see for counter tops!!

Sals Associate was great

Each time I have needed assistance, and staff was available, they were very helpful, and knowledgeable! Weather it was cutting a piece of wood, directions, or suggestions on what to use. or how to complete a project.

I needed DRYLOK waterproofing and there was several on hand, thanks

This is one of the top Home Depot stores i have been in. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Products are very easy to find. Aisles are not cluttered.

I purchased new Kitchen cabinets and the salesman was very helpful.

Horrible customer service. The carpet buying process was a nightmare from start to finish. They screwed up my measure and had to come back. Then the day of the install they called and canceled 20 minutes before they were supposed to be there.

Cashier, Tammy made my trip to HD the best one yet. Very sweet and treated me like I was important. Asked me about the Home Depot credit card, which I told her I didn’t need another credit card. Lol. She said if you apply and are approved you’ll save $50 on your purchase. I said…”let’s do it then!” I was approved and saved $50 thanks to this sweet lady. The best customer service I ever had! Thank you Tammy for making my shopping trip a fantastic one! You made my day!

When i walked in, they did not ask me to wear a mask, nor offered me one. I couldn't be more happy with that. If i WANTED to wear one, i would have worn one.

I am 82 years old and really needed help with my 50 lbs of purchase. BUT no one ask if they could assist me. The check out was really good. I was at a self check out but the young lady working there was very nice and helped me to check out!

Find everything your looking for -all the associates are very helpful. And the restrooms are CLEAN!

This location is always well stocked with the brands that I prefer. There is always a knowledgeable staff member who can give advice for my DIY projects.

The employees were great! The customer service person helped us find what we wanted and provided education/answered questions. The store was clean and organized. Great selection of the product we were looking for. Competitive pricing. Ending up purchasing the flooring.
