Every time I walk in, there is always someone greeting us with a smile! Can’t explain how good that feels. Also, when one is looking around there is always someone at this location asking if we need help. This makes such a positive difference! And Steve at the self check out cashier, you are great! Thank you for always being positive, helpful and an amazing person!

I stopped at Home Depot to pick up some things but didn't really know exactly what my plan was until I got there. There was one item I was searching for and couldn't find it. I ran right into Kaitlyn and Brianna. They were quick to help me and look for the item I needed. They helped me search through the store and took their time to make a great shopping experience for me. When the item I was looking for wasn't available, another employee stepped in and was able to help me find an alternative for my home project. Marty was so friendly and helpful and kept great conversation! We laugh and he made sure I had everything I needed before I went to check out. He helped me compare prices to make sure I'm getting the best deal possible. He even helped me push the shopping cart because my hands were full! He is such a great worker but even more, a great person. Then while checking out, I went to self check out because I was a little slower while having my hands full and didn't want to hold anybody up. Pompeo saw my struggle and stepped in to help me through the entire process. He was so extremely kind! He helped me scan every single item and find the price for one that I didn't have, then even helped me with the payment process. I'll never forget customer service like this. I forever will go to this location just because of the employees that they have. Customer service like that goes a LONG way with people like me.

The manager on duty, as well as the cashier, were both friendly, helpful and attentive. The center was tidy and clean and very well organized and stocked. It's my favorite HD Garden Center!

You really have a superior Garden Department and obviously it’s the management because you can go to other Home Depot on Tustin Avenue or in Garden Grove and there nowhere is nice as the one there in Orange on Cotella.. Everyone’s helpful including the department manager who help me pick a plant and we talked for a while. Really personable and so is her entire team which a couple of the other ones also had to help me along the way. My friend is a master gardener and I am an avid gardener myself and we prefer this nursery over some of the local specialty stores. It’s really should be acknowledged that it’s the management of the department that causes that and we appreciate it.

Alyssa greeted me as soon as I walked in then directed me to what I was looking for then when I was ready to check out John helped me input my store credit and it was an ideal shopping experience.

The assistant at Home Depot went above and beyond to help me find the perfect hardware to repair my item. He didn't have the exact item that was used originally, but he carefully measured and searched his merchandise and found the perfect replacement. He never seemed put out or annoyed that we had to go to the car to measure or search multiple drawers for the perfect replacement.

I've visit home Depot weekly and enjoy every trip plenty of parking vast choices of every thing it's my toy store I love to shop there I even get my toilet paper laundry soap there give it 6 smiley faces

I called multiple stores and only this one had an associate able to rekey locks I purchased at Home Depot. Bud was super friendly and welcoming. I wish I had more locks to rekey just to get his service!

We've somewhat given up on our local Home Depot, Anaheim on Brookhurst. Except for Victor, he's amazing and honestly a brilliant guy. Always fun to visit and chat with Victor. Sadly, they rarely stock the larger PVC trim boards, keeping what few they might have atop large racks, making them difficult to purchase. NOT SO AT THE ORANGE LOCATION! Orange tends to be well stock and nicely organized. The cashiers are polite and the floor crew is always helpful, asking if you need assistance several times per visit. Orange is a well managed store, we've never had a negative experience here, always finding it well stocked, well staffed, providing a positive shopping environment. Great work, Orange, keep it up!

As I walked in I was greeted at the entrance by Rebecca who was very nice. Briana and Anjali were very helpful and polite at checkout which made it easier. Also Ryan B. and Damon were really cool and patient about helping me find the right wooden board for my project at home and cut the peices to the right precision. All together these Employees were great from the start and deserve a raise I thank you and the staff at this location which made my store experience wonderful.
