Great store. Good location. Plenty of parking. Clean and neat inside. Friendly greetings by store staff. Staff always available to help or answer questions. Cashier Steve was very friendly and helpful.

The store was neat, clean and well organized. I was able to get some great kitchen layout ideas as well as bathroom upgrades. The cashier Sharon was nice, friendly and helpful.

Phenomenal staff at this location have always given me the confidence to find everything I need to complete whatever project I'm working on. Always greeted by friendly employees and asked if I need any assistance without hesitation. Shelves are meticulously stocked and clean. Mary B. in the Plumbing Department deserves to be recognized for the help and assistance that she gave my husband, John and myself. A nail from a baked potato ended up going down our sink on Christmas Day. Hubby was able to remove the pipe but we weren't sure now to replace same. Hubby made a first trip. I made two follow up trips with Mary B. assistance we solved the problem. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee in Mary B. She tackled the problem like a professional. A television ad should be done showing her friendly helpful assistance. When I asked to speak to the store manager, cashier Sharon showed me your survey. This has also been completed. Yes, the store was clean and other associates were friendly and helpful. Truly Mary B. was an angel in saving us a $300+ repair bill. Bless you Mary B, cashier Sharon for pointing out the survey and The Home Depot for hiring such wonderful employees. Happy New Year!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Management is responsive and professional. What more can you as for.

A cashier named (paskal) she need to be trained for how to give a good customer service , being professional and having a nice attitude . I’m writing this now because this is not the first time she’s giving me bad attitudes .

I have been coming to this location for about 10 years now. Every time I come here (at least 3+ times a month) for an item(s), it is easy to find, it's well organized, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The contractor door in the back is handy to pick buy and pick up large items. There is less walking involved unlike when you park in the front. There is a funny guy who makes commical announcements over the intercome. It's an enjoyable environment. The only negative might be the usual lack of help in the plumbing department, but this is normal for any Home Depot. There are restaurants next to the parking lot.

Excellent store & Staff

I work at a hospital, surgery dept. Our thought process is "one patient at a time". Total focus on patient care. Home depot, whether or not they realize it, have the same philosophy: One customer at a time. With this in mind you get undivided attention, total focus on what needs to be accomplished. Great customer relations!!!

Our Home Depot is different from any other I've visited. It is always clean and neat, and the employees are each outstanding in their own way, from the front office, to Larry, who brings in the carts from the parking lot. They're always glad to see you and help out when they can with your projects.

As a contractor I visit the Home Depot 5 to 6 times a week. The store in Orange is always clean and well stocked. Great people there who actually WANT to help you out. Beth in PRO Services and Steve up front go out of their way to get your order processed so you can get back to work. As a professional, that’s what I’m looking for.

Unlike other large home improvement stores, product was easy to find and in the departments they should be in.

beware on your shopping price this store is popular on overcharging and not removing the sale price so customer assume the this is a good price then if you don't look at your receipt then will over charged you after that to get your money back that they overcharge you they give you a store credit instead cash which you already paid in cash very bad service if you are ready to check out and see a cashier by the name Jackie avoid her she is very rude

I love this store and it's employees. You all do a fabulous job and the store always looks great. Love the the flower bunches back by the front door. As I am disabled, I think you should have the disabled parking spaces in between the entrance and the exit, because when you leave the exit and you're in pain, your car looks so far away. Just a thought.
