My favorite Home Depot. I go out of my way to come here

I’ve been to every HD is So Cal MULTIPLE TIMES! This one by FAR has the nicest and most helpful staff. It’s also probably the cleanest and most organized. Has more stock than most as well. Highly recommended this HD!

I went and purchased a refrigerator and set up a delivery date. On the day of the delivery I called to check the status of my delivery and that is when I was told that I never paid for the product, even though I had a receipt and it posted on my bank account. No one had any idea how the transaction was voided, nor was I notified that it was voided. Even though my bank funded the transaction, Home depot stated that funds were never received. They told me to dispute the charge with my bank, but my bank can't dispute it because it was a completed authorized transaction and home depot can't provide any evidence that I will be getting my money back. My account doesn't show that I have anything pending from home depot. All Home Depot can tell me is that the transaction was "voided". The employees have been trying to help which I appreciate. They have been friendly and attentive but they can't seem to find the correct answers for me. It seems like it has been some kind of glitch yet I haven't heard of a resolution from corporate or anyone. Which is stressful because it was a high priced item and now that money is missing from my account.

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone shopping for kitchen cabinets windows doors or any other hardware needs the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable they all have been working at the store for many years and it’s always nice to ask a question and get an answer right away. Thank you Home Depot you make my shopping experience safe fun And you do it with a smile

Great store with a wonderful selection! Friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile. Especially the employee Zane who went above and beyond to take care of all my needs and make sure that I felt welcome and valued as a guest from start to finish!

This is my go to hardware store when in need of materials. The reason that I choose this hardware store over others is because of it's close proximity to me, it's relatively stocked and clean. The reason that I gave the store a 3 out of 5 star review is because I am coming off the worst customer service experience I had ever had. Home Depot really has to evaluate customer service employee Vienna. She made me wait while she texted on her phone, she made me feel like I was bothering her during a standard return. Other bad habits she displayed were rolling her eyes, not knowing what to do and having to call someone else on return procedures, talking to other employee about meeting them for break while in the middle of helping me out. The list can go on but I won't. Outside of this bad egg employee I would give this store a 4.5 stars out of 5

At Home Depot, I got everything I could ask for. I initially had help picking out lights but as I didn't measure in advance I needed assistance upon a return trip. Kaitlin the Assistant Manager (when I came back) tested lights for me so I could see them and helped figure out the set combinations that'd work with my measurements. She personally handled the checkout as well!! :) I'll be back specifically because of Kaitlin's service!

Mike Woo and Jacob are shinning stars at your home depot. They went above and beyond to help this lil old lady from pasadena. They saw that i got my new stand up freezer door hinge switched to the left side and went to all measures to get it right! They both deserve a big raise! because of them i will be coming back to this home depot for all my needs. they take good care of me!

Steven was very friendly and helpful when it came to showing us what might be needed for our project. He is a go to person if we are in need of anything from Home Depot at this location for sure ! :) Very organized store and had everything we needed , no empty shelves.

The store was very organized. When we needed assistance there was always someone there to assist. Friendly and smiling..we bought new home and homedepot had all supplies we needed. Very satisfied..we were at home depot approximately 17 times to complete our project..I would recommend the orange store..

I just wanted to say that I've been in your store about every other day for the last month. Looking for tools, paint, molding of all kinds, plants, tile and doors. I've had different experiences with different team members at different times. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the great customer service that I have received from Javi , Stephen, Mouricio, America, Cole, Veronica and the dude with the blue eyes at the paing department. Though these are a couple of the people that I remember helped me out in the past. I think that Home Depot Orange is doing a great job in hiring the best talent out there. THANK YOU

I had to shop at this store because the generator I wanted was only in stock locally here. I found the generator in a locked cage. I went to find a staff member and was in the insecticide area with 2 other customers when a staff member named Joseph approached us. I said, "Hi." He said, "Wait." And I waited for 5 minutes while Joseph told the other 2 guys that he had no experience at all with those insecticides, so he couldn't recommend any. Then he proceeded to read the label instructions to them from several products." Finally he asked what I wanted. I asked if he could open the generator cage and help load it on a cart. He couldn't

Clean store, friendly, efficient employees. Well organized, well stocked. If they don't carry what you want, they offer options and places to get it. Only downside is the parking lot. Poor design, scary going in and out.

You can’t go in through gardens shop ,one long line at the front just to wait to get in , they force a mask on you. We have taken our business elsewhere other stores are not doing all This.

This home improvement store is a really good place to shop. I was sort of lost when looking for knobs for a cabinet. I asked an employee for help, although he was busy he went out of his way to actually show me. He also let me know where there were more in another section of the store. I like this store it was also clean and organized. My checkout was flawless. I like that there are options for self or a checker assistance checkout.
