Connie is an exceptional cashier. she is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have and quickly and precisely dies her job amazingly. I enjoy seeing her whenever I go in to home depot. She definitely takes pride in her work!

Ran in the other afternoon for some landscaping items to fix a flooding problem, and Lord and Todd were so helpful and kind it really made my day. Felt like how customer service used to be!

As usual HD Oroville store, has what I need and a great staff to answer my questions and show me where products are.

This store is particularly family oriented. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are really at "Home"... It is always so organized and clean!!!

Very clean store with friendly people.

Stores blows the other home depots in our area out of the water! Layouts better makes sense you can see from the front of the store to the back. Staff is knowledgeable. Actually keep carts in the lumber aisle unlike yuba city where’d have to scour the parking lot for a cart.

I found the items I needed in stock and the employees friendly. It's not easy to run a friendly tight ship during COVID-19 times, but they are doing it! Through all the local fires, threats of flood and the pandemic, their personnel have been keeping this store on course. Thanks!

LOVE THIS STORE. STOCK WAS AMPLE, CLERKS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

The store is great the employees are great. Assistant Manager Kim is not a good person. You will not be treated fairly if you have interactions with her. She cost me over $300.00 when returning tile a year ago. Then refused to honor my Gift card. Calling me a liar.

There are many mountain community's around here and this store caters to us. They have everything you need for not only every room in your home, they are stocked with everything you need for mountain living. from wood stoves to water wells. They're very reasonably priced too. Oh and they sure have some beautiful light fixtures and the Best Halloween Decorations I've seen in this town! It's going to be my one stop shopping for all my remodeling needs, that's for sure!

This is a great place to shop. If you ask the front desk to call someone to help you or catch a team member walking around they are glad to help. If they don't know the answer they'll find someone who does. This is my favorite Home Depot. Kari the Cashier rocks!!

An employee locked us in an aisle while we were in the middle of loading orur product, then he demanded we leave the aisle so he could help another customer get product. He didnt say please. He didnt even ask. He demanded. He didnt offer to help us load what we needed to move us along faster. Why was that other customer more important than another? Well, we left that aisle and that store without purchasing the $600 in wood we needed. So long forever, Home Depot. We will take our business where it's valued.

Its always a good experience at the Oroville store. Your always welcomed when you come in the door with smiles and helpful people. The employees always seem so in tune with the customers. The best service.in Butte County

Had the best experience EVER today in "plumbing". Bought a new dishwasher and my plumbing needed a spot to hook the water up. Also, cords were not long enough. An Angel named "Scott" met me in plumbing. Sat thru my "this dealie, and that dealie", pointing fingers for the connections. I... would have had the imaginary finger gun to my temple. But He, was able to decipher all that exactly what I needed. And, he listened! (and did so with a look that I knew he WAS listening). In order to make my gig work, we had to get an extra connector to connect to another hot water hose. I needed 10' of 3/8". Did I know if I needed 3/8 x2 or 1/4 and 3/8 for the water connection I need to replace? Noooo :( So, he said well get both, and return what you don't need. This sounds simple, but trying to figure me out... poor Scott. I swear I wanted to hug the man! When we were done, I did a "waist bow". Thanked him calling him "Obi Wan". He cracked a huge smile, and said "no ma'am, just an old plumber". Oh, he's getting an Obi Wan baseball hat or something. I was $3600 into the d.w. and a new fridge. Diggin on the fridge but WANT that d.w.! For me, saved the day! :) I have shopped here pretty much since the day they opened.

In a time when life can be stressful, these employees were helpful and friendly. Sometimes stock is low, but they go out of their way to find it! We highly recommend this store!
