Well staffed, staff are friendly. Glad they added a rental area, wish rental rates were lower.

Oroville Home Depot is great. All the employees are helpful and friendly. I'm a pro, but really enjoy this store. Susan makes my day. She is fantastic.

At store 8975 in Oroville Ca, cashier Connie was polite and courteous.

Experienced employees such as Skylee are an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her. Some of the newer employees could learn a lot from Skylee. HD should elevate Skylee to training employees because consumers are there by choice and customer service really does matter

We are top tier with small and large equipment rental....woo hoo....

Store was fine. Mostly stocked. Friendly employees. Should have more communication between employees for customers. We bought the last bags of a color of gravel and another employee was trying to sell it to another customer after we bought it. Other than that the store was fine

The reason I can't recommend this store is the delivery service is poor. I bought a dryer on a Sunday and they agreed to deliver it on Friday. The sales person filled out the order, and stated the delivery would be scheduled for the morning( even though the order form says between 6am and 8pm). I pointed out that an old phone number was in their computer file for me. He didn't change it but wrote my current phone number on the top of the order, so I assumed the delivery driver would call that number prior to making delivery. I got no phone calls from him or from Home Depot on Friday. In fact I had to call them twice asking what was happening with the delivery. Finally at 4:30 pm I talked to the store manager, Greg. He stated the driver called me, which is not true, and couldn't make the delivery. Now it is rescheduled for Monday. I can only guess the driver did not call my number at the top of the order, but used some other number in the computer files. This could have all been avoided if Home Depot used more effort to get the delivery done and kept their records up to date. I am very dissatisfied.

Our daughter was a recipient of a granted wish from the Make A Wish Foundation and the fabulous team from Home Depot partnered with Make-A-Wish and came to our home to help us make our daughter’s wish come true. They built our daughter’s very own wheelchair swing and they donated many potted plants to her swing area and also provided us with some maintenance on other outdoor furniture in our back yard. We always have wonderful customer service when we shop at Home Depot. We can always find someone to help us with our needs and the employees are very friendly. Thank you, From The Jones Family

I was able to find exactly what I wanted, Sales specialist was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the products. Store was very clean, Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This store was very neat, we had no troubles at all what’s so ever with finding anything we needed. We had some help and they satisfied our expectations more so than what we intended. The cashier was fast and friendly as well.

The employees are this store are friendly, helpful and always willing to help the customers. I usually don't have to wait very long to be checked out as there seems to be always enough help at the check out booths. If we need to go to Home Depot, we can go either to Yuba City or Oroville Stores, we generally pick Oroville because we can get in, get what we want and out in no time.

The ladies in the paint department were helpful beyond the call of duty.

Our Home Depot store in Oroville seems like my "second home." I love the atmosphere and the inspiration that I get when I shop around. The employees are very helpful and competent and are always willing to help with any request and advice when asked. The checkout clerks are fast and efficient and friendly. The prices are fair and they have many promotions and sales that are helpful. The store is always clean and organized and things are easy to find. If I can't find what I want immediately, I just ask and I'm shown just where to go to find it. The paint department is tremendous. They can match any color of paint for you with just a sample that you bring in. I highly recommend The Home Depot in Oroville! I also love the garden department!

Vast majority of thing are easy to find with the store layout. Whenever i cant find something a store employee will show me the way.

I highly recommend this store, their inventory is large, great selections, super staff for support. Another plus is their prices are reasonable.

The credit card reader didn't take my chipped card about 9 times on two different machines. I had to get a manager to run the card. Very frustrating.
