I have shopped at the Oswego store many times, on Dec 26, granted much busier than usual, I had a terrible experience with the cashier saying "I can't do anything about it, go take a picture" about a price question!

I love shopping at this store. They have friendly employees who want to help you. Pricing and selection are usually very good. Funny that I always seem to find more to buy than on my list. So glad Home Depot is in Oswego!!

We bought a filter for a lawn mower. Got our snowblower there, just a handy place to shop and the help from the salesmen are outstanding...they know the store and the goods you sell. Very helpful

I end up at home depot frequently and I recommend home depot because the massive amounts of choices for any projects you need done.

It would be nice if Home Depot would provide either cashier at checkout lanes or provide a 10% cost savings for using the self-checkout lanes. Since you are doing the work of the cashier for Home Depot.

Wheeler S. is the kind, polite worker who helped me get the heavy sandbags I needed. This Home Depot is huge and very clean. I would recommend visiting this store.

I returned some potting soil that added gnats in my home- the return clerk behaved as if I intentionally stomped on her foot…..scowled & unresponsive!
