The store is clean and has large variety of products available. The sales person and manager in the kitchen appliance section were extremely helpful in finding the best appliance at the best value at the time I purchased. Not a single person helped me in any other store I went to that day.

Great Store and wonderful service by Marita and Eric in the carpet department. They go over and above for their customers!!!!

I have lived here when the store was built. A Previous manager, Brian Davis, made significant improvements from his predecessor but was unfortunately was rewarded by being transferred to the Elgin location. I had also shopped at the Elgin store and was definitely not impressed. The Oswego store is still nice but not as it was when Mr. Davis was manager. I also understand from someone who knew him that his family had a new home near the Oswego store but that he now has a very long commute to the Elgin location. Too bad for him and too bad for Oswego Home Depot patrons. I'm sure he has made similar great improvements at his new location.

Gotta love Samantha....she always jumps in to help any way that she can. Sam rocks!

Help not helpful in locating what I wanted and I had to find it myself it was not complicated as it was a pair of Lopers and a deemed kit. I found them myself Oh well.

My greeting was very nice, help at every turn. Upon checkout,Sam was very helpful and very friendly. She made me feel like I mattered. She is a great employee.

I went to purchase grass seed and found a 20 lb bag of Scotts that was $70.48 and it was reduced to $56.38. It rang up at full price. When I brought this to the employees attention, she told me I was looking at the wrong displayed price. I went back and confirmed the reduced price as she just sat at the cash register. I informed her that the price was reduced and then she finally came over to check for her self and she was not happy about that. She did verify that the displayed price was reduced. She rang up the product at the reduced price but offered no apology that it rang up incorrectly the first time. She was very unfriendly and rude. This store better talk to it's employees and work on better customer service.

I returned a few items. The lady working the return desk was rude and unpleasant. Not the person you would want to be interacting with the guests!!!!!!!!

I recently went to this location to purchase a refrigerator. After speaking to another associate, we decided on which one we were going to purchase. When we informed the sales associate Maddie. We were met with the worst customer service ever! She grabbed the ticket from the refrigerator and marched to her computer, the whole time not saying a word. She continued with her rude behavior and it was quite clear that she did not want to assist in the purchase. I will not shop at this store again. My advice is to teach a employee's customer service skills and how to treat customers!

Store was clean and able to find what I needed. Staff was helpful on my product return and checkout. Only thing I would like to see at all Home Depot’s is options for just digital receipts. I recycle mine all the time since they are linked to my cards so I don’t have to worry about loosing them.

Excellent service and product availability. Our cashier, Zivka was extremely helpful.

I was alone and picking up drywall. One employee saw me loading the drywall on the cart and without being asked offered to help me load it.

Very rude and unprofessional worker in the electrical department

I originally purchased a washer and dryer at another big box store. The other store did not deliver all of the items needed for installation and would not help to resolve the situation in a timely manner. I therefore, went to Home Depot and purchased the exact same items for $50 less. They delivered my items in two days and the delivery crew was outstanding. The salesperson at the store spent a good deal of time explaining the pros and cons of various washers and dryers. They were very thorough going over my order to make sure there were no errors. This is my local Home Depot store and have always found the staff who work there to be helpful and pleasant.

Unusually well ordered Home Depot. The staff is the best part of the store. Came away with savings and a smile.

My visit to this store again yesterday was perfect! The store staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and didn't make me have to request help.

I went to Home Depot needing a light fixture and Sherry (not sure how to spell her name) was very helpful in reaching out to the electrical department and asked Ken for some guidance - he went above and beyond with customer service and he took the time to show me the different light fixtures and bulbs. Ken is so nice and extremely helpful and both Ken and Sherry deserve a big THANK YOU and recognition for going above and beyond for customer service.

If you want to walk around this store and find no employees then go to the front where you have to act like an employee without the benefits of a salary, health benefits or an employee discount then feel free to shop here. If you don't like it then go to another company. I would give them zero stars but I'm forced to give them one.
