The store is very organized and associates are the best of service reps. Store is clean and associates are helpful.

Zivka the cashier was very helpful.

We received exceptional customer service by Kristin, Lora and Surender, last Friday and today. Store is clean and always well stocked. All employees I have ever connected with have always been friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like the employees genuinely enjoy working here.

All associates in the lighting and fixture departments as well as hardware for these items were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The only reason I'm not giving only one star is because Linda at the register was perfectly polite and helpful! The item I was looking for (a vacuum belt), despite the Home Depot website showing 6 in stock at this location, was completely sold out at the store (this is the third time I've had this happen here). Linda suggested we ask an employee in Appliances to help us, but when we walked up, he was talking rather abruptly to another couple. When we reluctantly asked for help, he showed us to the same empty rack and clearly wasn't listening to a word I said, treating me like an idiot! (Yes, the woman at the counter DID look it up for me, and it DID show that you had 6 in stock, whether you believe it or not!) I ended up purchasing the belt at Meijer for a dollar cheaper with no attitude problems from anyone. I don't know that I'll shop here again, but if I do, it's only because I had no other alternative.

Paul and Patty were so helpful with getting me the table saw I wanted. Everyone I dealt with when I picked it up was real friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stores that could learn a lot from this store and their employees.

Karen in paint was extremely helpful. Alone at this busy station, she was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and organized. Checkout was quick and overall experience at this Home Depot has always been positive.

Never purchase anything with installation at home depot. The associates in the kitchen area, regarding the granite countertops, do not know everything that they should know and they will lie to you instead of seeking out the proper answers or they just do not answer your question directly. I called before I went in to verify everything because I got a phone call a week prior to my install date that mentioned fees that were never disclosed to me from day 1. The associates were not helpful in being able to answer my questions and when I asked to speak to a manager I was just put on hold a couple of times while they spoke to him. I finally was able to speak to the manager, Adam who said he was the store manager (I later found out that he was not) and he was incredibly rude, even raised his voice and did not know anything about the granite so he could not answer our questions either. He called back later and said that someone named Lisa would call us the next day to answer our questions and concerns. We never received that phone call and it has been over a week since. It has been a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend them for any projects that require their "expertise" or installation.

I like to thank theman that help me with the chainsaw chain it worked perfect!! The the cashier saved me a few buc ki s on signing up for a credit card. They both were so friendly!!

Nairobi and Jailyn (probably spelled names wrong) were extremely helpful during these stressful times of my parents home renovation. Prior to today’s visit I had a terrible experience with an employee due to frustration of a price match situation. I had to return again to get wood and Jailyn was so helpful, patient and sweet. She’s also bilingual which was a plus! She was able to understand what my contractors were looking for. Nairobi was also great, she helped us get our special order cabinets and was so accommodating to our complicated needs. 10/10 customer service from both of these ladies!

More often then not there is an issue that you dont have what I need and the Employees are not in the least helpful. Your out of something or no one can find it or the best excuse is because of COVID we dont have it Come on Guys Get your act together the only saving grace is Sarah the Cashier at the Pro Desk She always has a smile & try's to help, no matter what!!!!!

This particular Home Depot location is always neat and presentable and the employees are very courteous.

There were plenty of employees at the store available to help me. I was really happy to see that they were one of the first stores to strictly enforce covid-19 procedures at the start of the pandemic. That made me feel really comfortable and I liked the tents they had and the line marks on the floor. I really appreciate the way they handled the pandemic at the start. I really appreciate everything they did even if it meant waiting in line for the sake of the employees and customers health.

Everytime I go to Home Depot, I am asked if I need help with anything. The people at the check out are always friendly.

These employees and mangers don’t care about customers at all. Not only does no one ask if they can help, or even just ever say ‘Hi’ the vast majority of them that I saw today were NOT wearing their face mask properly, if at all - even when standing right next to customers - inside or out. The mask is to cover mouth & nose to protect each other - not around the neck. This went from lot associates, management, pro cashier, tool rental. If customers all wear them properly, why don’t the employees? I would like Corporate to explain this please.

Came in to buy multiple rugs, found ones I liked at really great prices. Went to pay and one was scanning higher than the price that was shown on the shelf. Cashier called associate in that area, couldn't help. A manager came and told me that customers move products to the wrong spot all the time and that's what it is..? I let him know that there were several in that particular slot, when I went to check they had an associate moving the wrong products to the right section. Even after that, the manager would still not give me the price difference for the rug. He was rude and very unprofessional.

A purchase problem was used as an opportunity to ensure I left happy and will continue to shop at my local Home Depot. Nairobi and Jenny went above and beyond to fix the issue. Keep up the great work!!!

The Oswego store is always clean, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. When I need a product for my home I can always find it at Home Depot.

Employee took my phone out of my hand during Covid19 pandemic. Completely irresponsible and wrong. Plus tried to give me damaged open box item to fulfill my order. Terrible customer service.

Great Customer support.

On my most recent trip, even though what I came for was out of stock despite being listed as on hand via the website, I still had a great experience. Hailey, was fantastic! She was very friendly and made conversation the entire time despite what I was looking for not being her main department. She made several attempts to help me find what I needed, and eventually got me someone who could help a little more. I found out from that associate that Hailey was off for the day and continued to help me despite it being time for her to go home! As a former store manager in retail this is exactly how I wanted my associates to interact with guests! Great job Hailey! If I was still in retail I’d hire you in a heartbeat!!
