I was shopping in the Garden Department, the girl was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a Home Depot. I will definitely be taking my business back to the Naperville Store even though Oswego is more convenient!

IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASUR TO SHOP THIS STORE.

Unlike many other home improvement stores, the Home Depot in Oswego has consistently provided outstanding service. I feel as if I receive honest and professional feedback about items I am looking to purchase. The advice I receive always feels genuine and is not condescending. I love going to this location; it has quickly become a favorite store. Keep up the great work!

Bought a new garage door opener at a reasonable price and had Home Depot Pro install it and they did a great job. Very efficient from sale to install!

I bought a door knob and it came up a huge price then the shelf said and the manager on the express line was so helpful and reduce the price. Thank you

Purchased some flooring for our building and there employee assisting me was knowledgeable and awesome to work with.

If you have something you have to fix, in a backyard mechanic sort of way, ask for Mark. He listens, and will set you in the right direction.

Each time I have visited, associates were attentive, engaged, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I love when people know their job and love what they do. Thank you all @ Oswego HD!

Extremely helpful, humble, honest and caring staff! From a return to plumbing assistance to buying a freezer for my mom for Christmas, I cannot say enough! THANK YOU! This store is awesome and I love to go to HD for any home improvement project - never disappointed regardless of the store I visit.

My cashier Shawn was fantastic

Mckenzie was very rude did not greet us when we walk up, item did not have a barcode on it(wood) and we were trying to let her know it was only a few feet away (twice) the first time she picked up the phone to call for assistance and I repeated it and she looked at me and turned away, didn’t thank us for shopping or anything. She did not even speak to us. She had absolutely zero customer service

I love this Home Depot! I never have a problem finding someone to assist me. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I recently went to purchase a dryer and Surender was so helpful and went above and beyond. When he realized what I was specifically looking for was not In store, he looked online for me and found just what I needed. I was so happy. Thank you so much! I will definitely will refer my friends and family here for sure.

Oswego #1975 store is always clean, well stocked, & employees are helpful. Tom is always very helpful and knows everything about the products and tools. The other employees are also very helpful & professional. Tom should be promoted to management or receive a big raise.

She was very friendly and really cared about my shopping experience. She helped answer questions about my items and assisted with my checkout. Will definitely shop here again because of our interaction

Always a great experience! Zachary the cashier was friendly and fast.

I purchased a lot of items and doubled my card limit. They helped me get my limit raised and got everything taken care of even though I left my card at home. The customer service was great from getting cabinets off the shelf to getting my credit limit raised to the cashier. Then the cashier came out with our carts and helped us load the items into our cars.

I got SO much help from an employee named Ken. I’m making extra long curtain rods because I don’t the the variable size of the expanding rods and didn’t want to pay for custom rods. He stopped what he was working on to walk me through the store to various areas like the closet section and electrical conduit area where I might find what I was looking for. He helped me by getting someone to help cut the conduit and ended up cutting it himself. Ken was very professional and nice! He greeted everyone that we passed and kept a positive attitude even when he was ignored. I was impressed with his customer service!

I make frequent trips to the Oswego Home Depot. What has been a big help is that an employee will take the time to walk me to the spot to find what I need.
