Crystal Gee came to our assistance as soon as we entered the appliance section of the store. She was taking off her apron when we 1st saw her and when we made eye contact she quickly put her apron back on and came to assist us.

While shopping for blinds we were lucky enough to be assisted by Arlene, a floor and wall associate, who provided us with extraordinary service. She spent a lot of time with my husband and I helping us go through the books, which I found confusing. Arlene answered all our questions, giving us personal attention. She gets a 5+ star rating!!!

It is good store. Just be careful about curbsite pick up. It is awesome feature. So many cars which not picking up, are parking there. It is deal breaker sometimes but still it is good. Loaders are bringing different tiles what I did order before. And special thanks to Richard, Steven for being nice and hardworker for my orders.Erica, please smile more. You look more beautiful

Never a problem with finding items I’m looking for. If I need help, staff welcomes inquiries. Store is always clean and employees are very friendly, personable, and caring.

Awesome experience! Crystal Gee was very patient, nice and professional with the process. She helped choose and buy a microwave, stove and refrigerator. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances.

This location is always well stocked with merchandise and employees who genuinely want to help the customer. Keep up the good work!

Multiple problems with delivery of new Weber grill: First delivered not assembled, then delivered to my driveway unannounced, leaving me to get it to my deck on my own. I find this unacceptable

Very clean, well stocked shelves, associate sales personnel very professional, understanding with very knowledgeable skills, especially, sales associate, Crystal Gee, she met all the above qualities and beyond and in helping me order what I had problems in other homes Crystal Gee was very professional, personable, beautiful greeting attitude and into what the customer wanted. I’d give Ms Crystal Gee A rating of 10 excellent. Thank you Ms Crystal Gee for helping me feel at ease and purchasing my order with professionalism and patience.

I needed to replace my washing machine and was considering 2 models. Crystal Gee was friendly, helpful. I really appreciated her time and the attention that she gave me.

My experience at the Home Depot in Owings Mills was a very good experience. The Sales associates are very friendly patient and helpful. One very good associate in particular was Mrs. Shavonne Bartley.

Seems to be a hit or miss with finding and talking to friendly associates throughout the store. However I was very fortunate to have met up with Ciara, Kyle, Sherie and Ms Bartley.

Stuff is very unprofessional

They have a much bigger selection of kitchen backsplash tile in stock. Other stores had 5-10 options, but this store has a whole isle. They also had the window coverings we were looking at online in store so we could choose a color, after talking with the nice ladies in the window coverings area we ended up ordering the blinds and shades through them since they offered price match from the online store and got them quicker! Overall very happy with this store and glad it is so close to me.

Arlene, the floor and wall associate, was amazing. She found the product immediately, showed me where to find the UR code on the product, and looked up where more could be purchased at another store. If every employee was like that, I would be thrilled. Even the associate at the self-checkout was awesome. She scanned the product for me and was super nice. What a great day!

I stopped coming to this Home Depot for the very reason I'm writing today. I prefer to pay a little extra then be looked down upon. The cashier acted like I wasn't there. No eye contact, no greeting, nor thank you. This lady doesn't know how blessed she is to have a job, especially in this day and age!

INADEQUATE PERSONNEL. PREVIOUSLY HAD PICKED CARPET BUT WAS WAITING FOR MEASUREMENT AND FINAL ESTIMATE. RETURNED TODAY TO FINALIZE PURCHASE AND ARRANGE INSTALLATION BUT THERE WAS NO ON IN THE ENTIRE STORE WHO WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SALE. WHILE STAFF WAS APOLOGETIC, I WASTED NEARLY AN HOUR OF MY TIME DUE TO INADEQUATE STAFFING OR CROSS TRAINING

The store was clean. All items were in stock. Customer service was outstanding. I received assistance in the lumber department from Lacy. She was professional, fast, knowledgeable, and above all, so happy to help (at closing time). I’d guess her to be management with her level of service. Lacy was a stand-out team member!

I opened a home improvement loan and it was billed at the WRONG amount, which took me 4 MONTHS to straighten out. I NEVER want to finance another job with Home Depot EVER again! TOTAL waste of time!

The online pickup and return department is rude and uses blasphemous language. I do not recommend bringing any children to this store if there is a need to visit this department.

Flooring department was extremely helpful and patient with assisting me with my selection; even when I changed my mind several times. Adrian (Order Specialist) was very accommodating and made my shopping experience a pleasure.

There were plenty of sale associates ready and willing to help, and assist with products. The knowledge, of the appliances that I purchase from my sales representative was more than what I expected. Crystal Gee was so point with the 4 items that I purchase on this busy Sunday afternoon. She never lost focus of satisfying my interest. She gave me the facts of the products and the true facts on my delivery date. She made me feel very comfortable with knowing that the items, were avail. but the delivery time was not so satisfying, but she didn't sell me any false promises. I was able to purchase 4 Samsung Products, stove, refrigerator. microwave and a dishwasher, which I wanted, the prices fit my budget. My sale associate was patience and kind, and manage to handle that area by herself for over an hr. on one of the busy days, of the yr.
