If I could give the store zero stars I would. Contractor asked that I purchased two items that he had seen in the Timonium store. Photo And location sent. Using the locations provided I could not find either of the two items because this Owings Mills store does not place things with the same efficiency. When Timonium has the item in all 39 bay one and Owings Mills has the item in all nine bay eight you become incredibly frustrated looking for items that you cannot find because the store is stupidly laid out. In addition, all the plumbing personnel went to lunch at the same time.. I had to wait 30 minutes for one of the plumbing personnel to return to be able to match the photos to items on their shelves. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t shop here unless you want to be extremely frustrated.

My rating is for an employee. Arlene helped me and was friendly. Usually I have to hunt for an employee if I need help, but she walked up to me and asked if I needed assistance. She cut my vertical blinds replacement slats for me which was a huge help, and I didn’t have to ask because she offered to cut them.

Cystal Gee in the Appliances Department was a very pleasant, knowledgeable associate, who was extremely helpful with the perfect Appliance Suite that I needed!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for appliances. She was very thorough & efficient and made the experience an enjoyable one! I spoke with her on several occasions prior to making my decisions & she was always very patient & helpful. She appreciated the fact that this was a major decision & encouraged me to return & ask any additional questions that I had. When I made my decision, I was sure that it was the right one. Sincere thanks Crystal!!!

We went to look at appliances and had the pleasure of being assisted by Crystal Gee/@ Owing Mills location. She was amazing. She was knowledgeable and attentive. Not just to us but she was like that with each person my husband and I saw her assist. We did not purchase that night. However we came back knowing when she would be there and bought a washer and dry and got the store card because of her. If you want a washer or dryer she is the one to speak to. Riestertown Owing Mills location is one of the best ones I have went to. Again, thanks Crystal for your help!! Duplicate her please!!!

Store has no customer service. The lady at customer service had to be begged to call for assistance at the lighting department. Her answer to finding the 57 units in stock was - if you can't find it we don't have it. I said the computer shows 57 - you probably have it. Her reply - you can't find it, its not here. Had to insist that she call someone to find the product. No one showed up. Tried to ask again. Paged - no one showed up. DEPLORABLE SERVICE - NO ONE CARES! Owings Mills consistently has POOR to NO SERVICE.

great experience in the appliance department

I deal with John and jerry a lot,sometimes Steve in plumbing,English guy,Chris?and lee in rentals all very helpful and know their stuff,so rely on their knowledge,products are good,except some Lowe’s finishing in stock stuff is nicer,tried your Pro Desk,guy that’s been there forever,still unhelpful so use your Catonsville location for large orders,alittle less convenient but there helpful and friendly. I have always got what I needed at this store,even though staffing leaves a lot to be desired,hence the 4 stars.I have found this store has a pretty decent stock anytime I am there,and it’s often,mainly for things I forgot to put in my orders at cantosville. A good Home Depot and always a good experience.

The store itself is great - they are well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is full of litter and trash and the customers take the shopping carts off the property and abandon them on Reisterstown road at bus stops, so there are shopping carts and litter around the area and it makes the neighborhood look trashy.

The store is well maintained and most items are in stock and in good working order. The associates are helpful and there's much variety here.

The Owings Mills store associates are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. David S store associate is my favorite go to person. He’s awesome.

Greg of gardening was horrible . He was very rude and inconsiderate. If you need assistance in his area which was gardening, don’t expect him to help you. Please note that, Tammy of customer service, TJ and the store manager Crystal were very professional. However, due to Greg’s rudeness, l will not be returning to that store. He really was a piece of work. He’s walking around the store with a full face mask which is very intimidating covering his entire head and face. He’s not approachable nor is he customer friendly.

This store is well stocked, and the employees are efficient.

Excellent store and great safety measures during pandemic! If you are in need of power tools or anything of that nature, ask for Mr. Amos! He is awesome !

great experience, clean building, and friendly staff

The store was clean and Ed, Jurvyn and Greg were more helpful than any other employee I've come across. They took ther time and were friendly while helping load the car.

Poor customer service at this store. Staff was rude. I had to search for the item I needed on my own because the staff run in the opposite direction when they see you walking towards them. A staff member was extremely rude when I was trying to talk to him.

This store never fails.I have been shopping here for the last 14 years.Gives me a good feeling walking into a store like this.Keep up the good work all team members.

Patient workers were very helpful

This store is better than the Reisterstown Plaza (2584) store, but I still had to come twice to make my purchase at the online price.

The employees at the store a readily available and very helpful. I’m usually lost in these kind of stories as I’m not a handy type of person. But I needed some plumbing supplies, and the employees showed us where it was and make sure we have the right thing.

The associate at the millwork desk was very cheerful, kind, and helpful. I would certainly recommend this store at Owings Mills.

WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO THIS HOME DEPOT AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND WELL MANAGED. FOLKS WERE FRIENDLY GREETING YOU AT THE DOOR. CASHIER TAMARA GOT ME ASSISTANCE IN LAWN AND GARDEN AS I WANTED TO GET A CHRISTMAS TREE. BARBARA B WAS 'JOHNNY ON THE SPOT'. NO MOSS GROWS UNDER HER 80 YEAR OLD FEET. SHE HELPED ME SEARCH FOR THE BOX AND MADE SEVERAL CALLS. ONCE WE DETERMINED IT WAS THE DISPLAY ONLY, SHE CALLED A MANAGER TO GET THE BEST PRICE FOR ME. AS WE WAITED SHE ASSISTED OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR QUESTIONS WHILE ASSURING ME I WAS HER PRIORITY AND JUST WAITING FOR MANAGER. BARBARA MADE IT A GREAT CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE AND HER MANAGER HELPED. THE MANAGER WHO GOT FILLED WITH GLITTER DISASSEMBLED THE TREE AND PACKED IT AWAY. AS HECTIC AS THE HOLIDAYS ARE, THESE THREE MADE IT A JOY. THANKS HOME DEPOT. HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I will go out of my way to go to this location over other Home Depots.

I visit the #2507 store regularly, it is well stocked and staffed with friendly and courteous employees. Arlene helped me in Flooring Dept and made my day go so much better. I was looking for Flooring at 3 other stores and online. Owings Mills had what I needed and in sufficient quantity, I only had to make 1 stop. The store is always clean.

Very thankful for help I received from employee, Arlene. She took her time to help me with my indeciveness with extreme patience and willingness to be helpful. Very refreshing in these days and times! Because of her, I will shop here again and again!

Sales people are friendly helpful and well trained.

Must be new management, I don't get harassed anymore. I'm starting to warm up to this home depot again. Of course most of my shopping is done on-line and I just pick it up.
