Exemplary service from Ednol in the garden department. He helped me with my purchase, brought it to my car and placed 4 bags of raised bed soil in the trunk of my car. He went so far as to put brown kraft paper down in case the bags should split. The second cashier was friendly and courteous.

Got great advice about 2 different kinds of lighting I had no experience with. Both products have been great. The employee walked with me through 2 departments, giving advice, measuring the lights and showing me the LED choices.

A lot of people are down on big box stores for their lack of service and difficulty finding assistance. I had a great experience at my local Owings Mills, Maryland Home Depot. I met a service professional named Arlene in the window blind department. I needed 4 cellular shades cut. She did an amazing job cutting the blinds and providing instructions for hanging. I am very pleased with the service.

I had an eventful time this weekend at Home depot. Was working on an particular project had that had me to make 3 trips to the store to exchange items to get right. During my repeated visits had Exceptional employees that definitely did an amazing job to help me. Kamilah who works in Customer Check-out, and Shian who works in Customer Return. They should definitely be rewarded. Thank you ladies.

Went in looking for a Dewalt band saw that the website said was in stock. I looked but didn't see it in any of the displays. The website didn't have an aisle listed, just said "ask associate". So I did. First I was told the site was wrong and that there were non in stock. Then I was told it may be in a box still and that they couldn't get to it. Then Mr. Lee came along and he searched every aisle, high and low until he found the 3 band saws that they had in stock. I really appreciated his effort and not giving up to make the customer happy. I was on my way out the door to take my business elsewhere until he came along. Thank you very much Mr. Lee!

I have spent close to $8K in this store over the last month as I take on several projects in my new townhouse. What would normally be a daunting task for a single woman is made a bit more bearable as every time I go to the Owings Mills Home Depot - which is quite often - I've been able to get assistance, even if it's just an answer on how to get something done. Most of the employees I've dealt with have been friendly and gone above and beyond to help. I've not noticed any issues with cleanliness and most items I need are in stock or I just have shipped to the store.

I brought in a rather expensive lamp that I love that wasn't working. My family told me just to get a new one. I didn't know what part I would need. A wonderful man named Jerry in the electrical department fixed the lamp perfectly and it cost less than $5. He didn't just sell me the correct part, he even put it in and then tested the lamp for me. I couldn't be happier!

I had a very positive experience yesterday. An employee noticed I was needing help and walked a few steps to point me in the right direction. My husband selected sandpaper and we left. I came back the next day as he had purchased the wrong type of sandpaper. The employee smiled when he recognized me and asked what was wrong. I showed him a sample of the paper I needed and he walked me to another sandpaper area where paints are. We found the correct size and brand. Then he found the quickest self-serve register and checked me out! I love it when employees give personal attention to little old ladies who have no clue where or what they are buying.

This Home Depot is the Diggity bomb

The few employees who have zero customer service skills give the entire store or company a black eye. I am employed as a quality control manager, the attitudes of the associates I had the displeasure to encounter (3 in one visit, must be a record) were far below substandard, would not be tolerated and possibly given occurrences. There is no reason why any employee should ever be rude the their customers. This is not my first encounter of such behavior at this store. The only reason my husband and I visited this store today was because of an emergency repair and your store is less than 5 miles from our home. If we had, had the time we would definitely went to the store in Randallstown. At the bottom of my receipt, it asks “Did we nail it?” No, you did not, epic fail. This is a continuation from the survey just submitted.

Do not purchase appliances (washer and dryers) at this store - they are not knowledgble in the products they are selling and what is required to properly install - I spent $2,000 on a new LG washer and Dryer and I have a disassembled dryer sitting in my mud room and need to wait another week for the proper LP conversion kit to be sent so it can be installed

I was able to easily find what I wanted EVERY TIME and plan to continue at the #2507 Home Depot STORE!!

Self checkout will be the death of H.D. I despise the fact that I buy the product and then have to work for FREE by using self checkout. I'm not getting a discount for self checkout but yet HD is saving millions by getting rid of cashier's and not passing the savings to the customer. I don't like seeing people lose their jobs to machines. If you're going to have self checkout, at least offer a 10% discount for using it. I don't work for free. HD certainly isn't giving their product for free.

Mike, the store manager, is the best. He went an got the flatbed, loaded up my lawnmower on it and then roll it over to the casher. I cannot forget about Angel the casher who just as pleasant. I hate going to the retail counter and the cashier won't even crack a smile. Lastly, Mr. Lee is the most lovely man. He loaded my lawnmower into my car, gave me information on the lawnmower and just provided great small talk.

Arlene Ballymore in Floor and Wall department was extremely helpful. She turned a potentially negative experience into a positive by literally jogging over to my outdoor cashier and providing the missing SKU and price on an outdoor floor mat. I am so appreciative of her quick and friendly attention.

I enjoyed my visit to the Owing Mills store. My visit was so pleasing that I didn't want to leave but had to because of a job I had to take care of. Each employee was friendly and helped me with all my needs. Great job guys!!!

Aisles were very cluttered and difficult to walk through to find needed items. Also, it was very difficult to get an employee to help me get a heavy item down from a top shelf, and then to get help loading my car. It was like none of the workers really wanted to work!

We had a wonderful and non-stressed buying experience at this store on first day of business in New Year 2019. Very helpful employee assistance and product availability.
