VERY NICE STORE! FRIENDLY WORKERS!

I always enjoy shopping at this location. The store is always clean and well stocked. I've always found what I was looking for in the store. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and will to see you get what you are looking for whether taking you to the item themselves or getting someone else to assist you.

Connie the cashier was very nice and friendly. She assisted me in a timely fashion. Great customer service! Thank you Connie.

Maggie is a sweetheart. She is naturally willing to do her job without a question asked and hears the needs of the customers! That’s important as a worker. She encouraged me as a disabled customer to take my time and not to push myself more than I should.

I needed new appliances and Sid in that department was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also needed some gardening things and Ashley in that department was also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for some good deals.

The Home Depot Team at the Palatine store are conscientious and friendly. They NAILED IT, with competent customer service and knowledge of store procedures.

Disappointed in the store associates. Not ONE offered assistance in either finding items, or helping lift heavy items. I was purchasing rather heavy items (garden center) and again, no assistance. Rather disappointing.

Reasonable good service.

Asked for help, associate responded with it was there first day and then walked away. Went to cashier with her light on helping other customer. Got in line and when approched was told she was closed cause she was on the phone and that i could go to the other cashiers who were all busy. Won't be going back to this location

You hired the right employees at this store! From the Pro Desk to hardware to paint, everyone we have encountered has been willing to help us. They have been instrumental in making our remodeling project go as well as it has. Al at the Pro desk comes up to us when he sees us to ask how the project is going. Paul in floor tile literally spent hours with us to find everything we needed to buy, even when it wasn't in his dept.! Who does that? And the results are beautiful. I feel like inviting the guys over to see the finished room!
