Very friendly store. I didn’t have to ask for help, as a friendly staff member came right up to me and asked me if I needed help. He showed me where I could find my item. I really appreciate the veterans discount!

I came in looking for a ceiling fixture lens for a dropped ceiling and got help immediately. Most times I come into this store and they have what we are looking for, including plants. This is important so I do not have to travel to another local nursery to get what I want.

This store has avast knowledge with retired guys and gals to assist. From plumbing to flowers have it covered and customer service on return or problem is on top of its game!

If you are looking for a wonderful experience shopping for carpet go to see Lisa. She is so patient and knowledgeable and always willing to work in your time and not rush you. I have worked with other people who just make you a number and rush you in and out. Lisa took her time and talked to us like people. It was like shopping with a friend or in our case a daughter. Go see her.

Best Home Depot Ever!!

l enjoy shopping at the Palatine Home Depot. I noticed that the employees go out of their way to ask the customers if they need any assistance in finding some item, or if the clients had any questions. On a couple of occasions when the staff could find my item; they got further assistance from their staff and team up in assisting me. Results were positive due to good team work. Management has increased the awareness to their employees on what real customer service is!!!

All I know great experience every time especially when the one customer service person is there at check out her name is Bhavana I'm actually in Home Depot everyday sometimes twice a day my business is right around the corner 216 units I choose it's always come here because of the friendliness. I'm sorry I've never filled out the survey before been coming there for 6 years now I should have spoken up for her over 365 days a year already.
