The employees at this Home Depot have always been friendly and helpful. I have been shopping here for at least 10 years. My most recent visit was to buy a new Refrigerator. I always find large purchases stressful. But the Appliance associate who helped me and the man who delivered my refrigerator could not have been more helpful or caring!

Roby the store manager and Rose the front end cashier were most helpful dealing with our Rheem water heater exchange. They made sure our issue was resolved and were able to get us a new one.

I shopped in the garden section of Home Depot in Palatka and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

Bought an ac and cant wait to get cold in bed again!!! Also the 2 of the fake green grass we bought to put in out screen porch and one on the outside porch dont have a video or picture as we dont have the ac in yet or grass down yet

We actually came for the rubber mulch because you had the best price and we ended up spending more the only issue we had was at self checkout which was the only thing open and two of the planters I grabbed didn’t have bar codes and there was no one to go and check or grab some so I had to walk all the way back to garden and grab 2 more with codes the only thing good was I didn’t know they had a bottom the reason was because the store was short staffed or the cashier watching self checkout didn’t know to call someone to check so I had to pay for the first purchase then came back paid for second luckily my mom was with me and watched the items. Everyone in the store was very friendly and we will definitely still come back

Dorothy made sure that the items I purchased and then had to come back to pick up were well cared for

I love this store always have everything we need. The employees go up and beyond to help you

There isn’t a time that I stop into Home Depot that I’m not greeted by several employees or asked if I need assistance finding anything. I never feel lost like I do in other hardware stores.
