I NEEDED AN ITEM IN THE PAINTING SECTION. THERE WAS THREE Home Depot EMPLOYEES STANDING AT THE REGISTER, TALKING, AND NOT ONE OFFERED TO ASSIST ME, AS THEY SAW ME WALKING AROUND THE AREA FOR 5 MINUTES, LOOKING FOR AN ITEM. I ASKED FOR THIS ITEM POLITELY TO THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER. SHE REPLIED, "THAT ITEM HAS NOT BEEN HERE IN MONTHS." I REPLIED THAT I JUST BOUGHT THIS ITEM, 2 WEEKS AGO. THE EMPLOYEE SAID NOTHING AND JUST WENT BACK TO TALKING WITH THE OTHER COLLEGES, AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME.

The Palatka location of The Home Depot is always clean, neat, and well-organized. The associates are always friendly and helpful. This store is almost always well-stocked.

i purchased a new washer and dryer Jerrica was a great sales person made the purchase a easy one and explained more to me than anyone every has, i had to move my deliver date and she had explained it all and made sure i had all the materials i need for a new hook up. Store was clean and employees are friendly and eager to help. Provided assistance looking up stock to a seasonal item that was out of stock online. Went above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to shop at this location since the employees are so helpful. Yesterday Adam helped me and he was great. He was patient, kind, and dedicated. Wonderful service from him last night. In the past I have always had a wonderful experience at this location with all employees. Never left a review of the store before but Adam went above and beyond and deserves the recognition.

I like to shop on Palatka Home Depot#8531. It's no problem to find the products I am looking for easily. I am able to get assistance whenever I need. Almost every associate is friendly and helpful. The store is pretty clean. Generally it's a very good store for shopping.

Great selection of DIY items and the Employees were top notch.

Employee and her rude customer ruined the experience. Cashier was nice, wood cutting lady was nice. Another associate assisting another customer was not. They got all nasty because I guess I'm not fast enough loading 2x6s and a dozen pieces of plywood into my trailer and strapping it down. They were rude to me because they'd rather wait 20 minutes for me to finish than, you know, giving me a hand or pushing the cart of insulation past my vehicle and loading his stuff there. But I guess they didn't want to load it in the sun. Like I'm sorry it took me 20 minutes by myself. Another associate was supposed to be called out to help me load it. But no one showed up.

Employees are happy and helpful every time I am in the store. They offer assistance just to be sure I've found exactly what I was looking for.

With time on my hands due to COVID-19 I have recently started a lot of much needed home repairs. While I usually run in and out of the Palatka Home Depot from time to time it was in this time I really say the true value in this store. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with what products would work best with the needs of an individuals project, They have the very best in products and usually have plenty in stock and even if you but out what they have they can quickly get you more. Whats better than that they sell their products and a great value and as being a member of the Military I really appreciate the additional discount. Thanks again Palatka Home Depot!

If you want to shop a place that is very helpful and is serious about your health safety of this virus, shop here and you get both. They have several knowledgeable employees that can help amateur builders like myself build using the correct item to get the desired results.

During this time I went into the store, I took a chance on finding some items that were out at the other stores such as paper towel. To my expectation, Home Depot was also out of the item considering the pandemic. However, that was not the main purpose of my shopping at the store at that time.
