Palatka's store is much friendlier than the Duval County stores, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone, products are on the shelves and organized

This location of The Home Depot was clean and neat. The shelves were well-stocked. There are so many household products to choose from that it seems like you are at a super center of some kind. The employees are friendly, kind, and helpful. I really enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. I would be in The Home Depot shopping every week if I had the money to. Thank you.

Clean and organized I love it

Everything I needed was right on hand,or an Associate was able to locate the item for me.The store itself,as always, was clean and the isles were clear of obstructions. The staff at this particular Home Depot are an exceptional group,fast friendly,knowledgeable and hard working! A pleasure to shop at the Palatka Home Depot!!

This particular HOME DEPOT staff bends over backwards to assist, are very friend, and they are very knowledgeable. You could not ask for a better store.

This store has great employees. If you are looking for a product and the employee doesn’t know all there is about the product they will make sure to find the correct person that can help you out.

I had the best experience at this store recently. I am not a do it yourself kind of person, nor am I that knowledgeable with home installation/repair options. My son purchased his first home and the employees were AMAZING with information, ideas and cost saving opportunities. My trip was stress free, fun and time saving. I would absolutely recommend a visit to this store for your home improvement and repair needs.

First off the workers in the store are super nice 10/10 they are awesome. That being said the flooring director needs to be fired or retrained. She is the reason I'm writing this as she told me to. We went in there to purchase new floors for the old house we just bought. We wanted something basic but the worker Cathy talked us into some better ie more expensive product. Thats not an issue but she had trouble putting the order into the system. Couple days go by and we go into the store to finalize everything and pay for it. Wouldn't you know it but they had the wrong carpet. Jerica calls the installer to change it. They have never heard of that brand. What should have been a 15 min convo turned into and hr or so ordeal just to get the right carpet into the sytem. About two weeks later they come to install the carpet which was awesome since we were sleeping on air mattresses and all of our belongings were outside under a car port. The fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer were all scheduled for 2 weeks later. The hardfloor people called and scheduled for 5 days after the carpet install while the carpet people were currrently installing. Now the snag, the carpet people forgot part of the carpet so they can't do the master closet. The master closet butts up to the master bathroom. It gets better the patio room they are supposed to do is 10 ft to short. They can't do that either. I call the hardfloor people myself and tell them that they can't come yet. About 2 weeks later the hardfloor people call me he has an opening I tell him the rest of the carpet isn't in yet, but they are coming today to finish install. He says they can come in they won't be in the way we can start on the kitchen while they finish the closet. He gets here he is super puzzled why the carpet was done first and did we ask for it to be that way, we didn't. He says the hardfloors go in first not carpet then he shows me why. There is a gap between my carpet and hardfloors yay. I ask him if he will be removing the toilet in the spare bathroom first. He says no we didn't pay for that. We did pay for that I have the paperwork to prove it. So we had to uninstall and reinstall the toilets we paid to have done. I'm not a plumber that is why I paid for that service thankfully youtube and my local ace talked me thru it. They have refunded my money for that service they didn't supply. It's about 5 oclock now and the hardfloor people are done and the carpet people show up. They have the WRONG carpet. They went ahead and did the master closet because that is the carpet they had. It has been 8 days since then I talked to crissy the flooring director and asked her when the rest of my carpet would be done. She doesn't know and now she doesn't return calls. I talked to her boss and she told me to leave a bad review she doesn't care, ok. I asked about the carpet being done first and not the hardfloors she doesn't know much about flooring. Really? The director of flooring doesn't know much. This has been a real mickey mouse opperation. You would think that spending 6,593.78 would get you some decent respect. It doesn't. I will pay off this credit card I opened with them to pay for this and then cancel the card with glee as will my husband with his card.

I have been shopping at home depot when the employees were trained before they went to work, they knew where every thing was in the store, I have a son-in-law, that went to work for home depot right out of high school. I still love home depot.!!, but !! WE went shopping at home depot when they first open the doors.
