I came to the store with an idea to purchase some shower items needed for a little project, but I was not sure about of the whole thing and how it was going to come about. Jason greeted me from the “returns” section and asked if I needed guidance, so, I did. He was able to help me with the options I needed, he was so quick! This was an outstanding and very effective shopping I should say. Thank you Jason for what you do. Awesomeexperience.

I had to return an item I just picked up from an online order . I noticed it wasn’t quite right and went to customer service. I had the best experience simply returning 1 item! I then preceded to shop and explore the store. I was greeted by several employees.

I was in a hurry and left an item in car--so Frederick, the guy who assisted me was very helpful a second time = found the items and explained some details about the product.

A young man named Raymond Kosmata has been so kind to me on two different visits to the store. I broke my back last year and he’s been very helpful with lifting things and making sure that I get them to my car. He’s also very well mannered and is a credit to this organization. As a retired small business, former employer, I would hire this young man in a New York minute and I would put him in manager training. Both times I’ve been to the store. He’s made the experience very pleasant for me.

I bought a can of stain with a 20% coupon. When checking out, I found the coupon didn't apply to the stain. I went to the service desk to let them know the coupon didn't work and the guy said the stain wasn't under the promotion (there were no brands mentioned on the coupon). I said tell me what brands were covered and I will go back and get one of those. He said I don't know until it's scanned and I already used the coupon so I can't use it again. Super rude!!!

Amanda a customer service manager at this store was incredible rude and completely out of line and unjustfied in her deplorable treatment of us. She first implied we were scamming her because she hadn't kept up with changes in discount procedure, unduely delayed our work day, overcharged us despite finding out we were right about discount, refused to take responsibility and instead blaimed a subordinate and offered no apology for any of it and actually refused to apologize when asked to. I've never dealt with a more arrogant, contemtuose, or unpleasant employee in the 30+ years i've been shopping at home depot. The entire episode was apalling and hope some action is taken to rid the store of amanda and anyone who stands by and lets her treat home depot's customers the way she did today. Boooo home depot. And amanda, you should be ashamed of yourself .

At checkout cashier Jeff caught the fact the we had selected the wrong light bulbs and by proactively notifyfying us saved the day as no automated self checkout machine could have

The employees always seem to be very happy always willing to help customers and just are very outgoing people which makes the shopping experience great they like their job

From the moment I entered, I was greeted enthusiastically and welcomed. All the staff were extremely helpful. Customer Service (especially Angel) took extra time to make sure I was happy with my transactions and also fixed an issue I had with an order I placed online. Highly recommend!!

I can find anything I need for the garden to the kitchen.
