Let’s face it… Customer service is not really a thing at Home Depot. However… I just encountered this amazing cashier, who not only was knowledgeable about everything Home Depot, was also very helpful and friendly. She resolved my issue, and I’ve never felt more helped than today. THANK YOU Krispy!!!

We were looking for patio umbrellas and Crystal was walking by and took the time to stop to see if we had any questions. She answered our questions and even offered to help load the box onto our cart. She was so nice and fun to talk to. The store is lucky to have her!

I ordered appliances and did not realize that one of the items didn’t belong, I was able to come into the store the day after it was able to get the entire package returned, and the new items order, I’ve ordered before for Home Depot in the same state of California however, it was in South County, California. The experience that I’ve had since living here which has been a month are over the top, customer service people really in my eyesight care. That makes all the difference for me. Thank you staff team keep doing what you do because you’re awesome, I’m sure I’ll see you around the store again.

I bought a blower for my yard and I was not sure what to buy but this employee saw me and asked me if I need help and he was vey helpful and polite, best customer service . Thanks Lance

We have been purchasing plumbing and electric supplies from this store for 20 years along with other items. We can usually find everything on our list instead of running all over Coachella Valley to find what we need. We recommend this store.

I come here to purchase wood for my projects and when I get wood I need it cut I’ve had great and excellent help from Hector and others but the 3 times Moe has had to help me she has a bad grumpy Attitude as if she bothered that I’m in the store.The first time she seemed as if she was just having a bad day so I payed no mind ,so okay we’ve all been there the second time she cut my wood she ruined it do to a rush job ,like I said before as if she had problem with me. The third time when I went in I found a nice piece of wood in Cheap rack where they pray the items in purple she this and the pieces I found weren’t sprayed yet . So I ask here to make a small spray on the item she tell me wait I have to do this first.She had to spray the other items first that where 7 feet yet I was right in front of her, so she passed me up . When she does spray my items I asked nicely can you make a small spray on the bottom corner she completely ignores my request and sprays the middle. I now need wood cut so I asked Moe we go to the saw to cut she asked me over 4 times the measurements. Responded nicely and she rudely replied IM JUST ASKING! I now think this miserable old woman is prejudice! She give a bad attitude horrible customer service.

Ron Moses at the Palm Springs store was tremendous to work with in designing our new kitchen. We appreciate his expertise and customer service. We recommend Ron highly for anyone thinking of redoing their kitchen

Most always find the product I'm seeking.

I easily found what I needed in this store and the cashier was helpful in looking up my Home Depot card# since I didn't have it on me at the time. Diane was a delight to work with. I highly recommend this store for your home improvement projects and/or regular home maintenance.

Overall, my experience with service in the store was impressively good. I will go out of my way to shop at his location.

Poor customer service when you wait in line and you are next to check out but the cashier says garden center closed. Go inside to check out. Told it to me and guy behind. No prior warnings. Why wait till I would be next. And it’s only 4:15 pm in the afternoon.

A big thank you to Eddie in plumbing, Anna and Bob at the return desk. Ken in paint and John making me 2 house keys. All were super helpful, engaging and fun. They all enjoy their jobs and it is nice to be on the receiving end as a satisfied customer. Thank you Home Depot staff! 5 star rating!!

Well the reason is the Home Depot associate by the name of Steven Ellet....in fact if you Google WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE his photo will appear. Steven was very courteous-friendly-helpful and had a very good knowledge base not only of what I was looking for but other helpful tips as well. You know you are in good hands when the associate escorts you to the product rather than point and say it's over there or on isle whatever......Home Depot is a very large store.

We have shopped this Home Depot and every time we get excellent customer service. If you can’t find it, they will hunt it down for you.

When I mean satisfaction I literally mean that. Home Depot have the employees that go over and beyond their regular duties and thar helps you save time instead of most Home improvement store's you walk all over the store, then walk all over in hopes of finding someone to help you.

Lucky the Home Depot had all the parts we needed for the job. Very pleased with the store set up and how everything related to size were nicely separated and organized.

As we shopped for a new fridge we were greeted by Jim in appliance. He made our visit to this store the best ever. He is an amazing and knowledgeable benefit to Home Depot. We turned browsing into buying and are very pleased with our decision because of Jim and his awesome customer service skills.

The people that work in the sit down area of carpets/floors need to get over their attitude acting like you have annoyed them when you ask a simple question WHEN YOU CAN FIND NO ONE ELSE TO HELP YOU. Also there is always tons of people "milling" around the return and customer service area but few on the floor get ALL of them walking the floor EXPECIALLY THE MANANGER
