Second worse store, can never get someone to answer phone, can never find someone to help, employees have attitudes.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in, this one by far has the most competent work force, the best customer service, and best stocked store of them all. I love the friendly strong core of employees there are professional, kind and mature. Thank you guys and gals for everything!!

The security guard made me feel uncomfortable, I don’t enjoy being watched while I shop for a simple extension cord. I will not be returning to this store, I’ll stick to the Rancho Mirage location.

Terrible customer service by the return desk. The lady I dealt with lost my receipt 5 times and blamed me for losing it and then found it in her pocket. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with anyone

Ken was the employee that helped me with my purchase. He was knowledgeable of the product and required regulations. However, there were a couple of people the interrupted my purchase process. He apologized for the interruption. Overall Ken was patient, professional, and kind.

Yeah the store was nice it was clean well-stocked the people were friendly I asked a sales associate associate question and answer my question and in a friendly Manor and I found what I needed and I was on my way so thank you very much Home Depot

Everyone is being challenged during the Corona virus pandemic and stores are required to follow directives that have been set down by city, state and federal guidelines. While some stores are struggling to implement these directives, Home Depot is doing their best to keep staff and customers safe during these difficult times! They are working these new directives with efficiency, friendliness, kindness and some lighthearted interaction! They are taking the directives seriously and making it very easy on the customers to stay safe and move from entering store to checkout with everyone's safety in mind and doing it with grace.

Customer Service is the key to any successful company. Home Depot has great customer service. Friendly greeters and then staff who is always ready to help. A great place to find great low priced deals but with outstanding customer service.

Much better then the HD in Palm Desert. Always in stock and garden center has a great assortment and people are friendly.

If you have never been to this HOME DEPOT, I highly recommend. It has one of the best flower departments in CALIFORNIA. Not only that, the staff are so friendly. Exceptional experience every time.

I have visited the store a couple times a month and have made numerous purchases and have been very satisfied with the customer service, I think the guy who helped me buy a fridge and washer/dryer I think was named Ken. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will continue to use this store.

Customer Service rep, Krispy, is personable, helpful, and an excellent example of an associate who knows the store and its customers. When, we first walked in, we asked for the location of moving supplies. She immediately knew the answer and directed us accordingly. When checking out, she again was helpful, knowledgable and courteous, and answered all our questions with a smile. Well done!

All the time during my visits all the representatives pay attention to the problem if I tell them about it and try to help and find the best way to solve them!! The service at this store is unbelievable!!!!!
