Sprinkler heads are a mess, all mixed in and difficult to find which one you want. Cinderblock stock is hit and miss, and some sizes are not carried at all.

If ever you need help at Home Depot PS, go see Customer Service Rep Harry. He's warm, personable, down-to-earth and fairly knowledgeable. Especially If you are also a pleasant person with him, he'll go above-and-beyond to answer your HD needs!

I get better service at the DMV and enjoy going to the dentist more than visiting the Palm Springs Home Depot.

Chad in Flooring is the go to guy for all your flooring needs. And if you don't need it he won't try and sell it to ya! HD has the best Luxury Vinyl.

Constantly having personal conversations, uninterested in helping customers, and what is it with the Garden Area at this Home Depot, they NEVER have bags?! God forbid the associates actually arrive for their shifts PREPARED with bags. Ridiculous. Don't shop here, this Home Depot Garden Area sucks. Associates are RUDE!

They need to acknowledge their customers, just a simple hello or nod of the head or just ask "can I help you today and if they can't say "I I don't know but I will find someone that does"

This Home Depot is supplied well, clean, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The departments for tile, carpet, doors, kitchen equipment is very nice and have lots of high end products also. The parking lot is always clean and the baskets in place also. That's always a plus.

I have never been in a store that was so organized and put together. I walked through the doors of Home Depot and I'm greeted with a hello and may we help you. If I'm not sure where a product is I will ask someone and they would take me right to it. I shop at the Palm Springs Home Depot about 3 times a week and it's the same treatment every single time.

James took excellent care of me and was very helpful with my situation when my car was over heating and he ensured me that Home Depot had what I needed to get me safely back on the road. He even gave me a cold bottle of water because I was completely drenched in sweat from driving in my over heated car with the heater on in over 100 degree weather. I went the next day to thank James for his wonderful customer service care and ended up having amazing customer service from Cliff and Krispy. I ended up buying so many plants because they were so helpful with what I needed. I loved their energy and their enthusiasm to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which I entirely was. THANK YOU JAMES, CLIFF, AND KRISPY!! YOU 3 ROCK!!!
