Wish you would build a Home Depot in Freeport Florida so many homes and people moving into the area we need a Home Depot BAD!!! Would of given full stars on rating because we like shopping at Home Depot and drive all the way from Freeport to Panama City Beach or into Destin to the nearest locations for Freeport and normally we have a great experience however today our cashier made us stand there for sometime before she acknowledged us she was too busy talking to another employee and we thought that was unprofessional and very rude.

This Home Depot has the friendliest and most helpful employees! And SO clean and organized. Ended up at this store three times today and had the BEST cashiers check us out..... Alyce, Will and Nancy. Also, Kevin was helpful with a return we made. He made it quick and easy! Also had another employee on the floor, stop what she was doing to help us out. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name (she helped us find a ladder) Keep up the great work! Thank you!!!!

Paul at the tool rental is awesome and always gets you the best equipment in a timely manner to get you going with your project. Ricky is also nice

Helpful associates during all transactions! Store is organized well and very clean.

Candi in Paint Dept knows paint and was very helpful in making decision on paint and finish.

The store location is very handy, so I'll use it a lot. Once I engage with an employee, they're very helpful, but some don't seem too eager to offer help. The online ordering system seems very good. I've used it in my former location, but not here. My next purchase will be for a shower installation, so we'll see how that goes.

I love Home Depot and shop there frequently but my favorite Home Depot store is the one in Panama City Beach!! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable employees are the norm not the exception.

I just want to rave about two employee's that work at the HD store on Panama City Beach Parkway ( Florida). The3 tall white male ( wears glasses) does an awesome job of matching paint with samples you bring in...Totally Awesome Job !! The white female blond (Name is T. J. ) that works upfront as a cashier or by the Self Scan Machines...You are so Helpful..You could sell me the Moon. Thank you beautiful Lady for all your help for this Disabled Veteran...Thank You.

We have shopped at Home Depot on Panama City Beach for several years and we will continue to do so. If we ever need any help finding a product, someone will come to help you and work to find what you need and check another store for you if they dont have it!

Never has let me down on any and all products I needed, every employee staff has helped me when I needed it, keep up the GREAT work, and will DEFINITELY be back.

We were going to go to the blue and white store so I looked online for the item we wanted to buy. Online showed that they had 4. I called the store to make sure since the store is about 45 miles or so from where we live. The employee looked in the computer (did not physically check) and said they had 5. When we arrived we found only 1 and there was another one stacked on top of it. We looked around and waited for someone to come around so we could ask for help since we are elderly and did not want to take a chance of breaking the toilet that we would have had to lift off of the one we needed. No-one came around. I went to the return desk and asked for help. The cashier called for someone to help and we waited and waited, still no-one came. We left and went down the street not knowing if they had what we needed or not. Fortunately I found out before we left home that we needed a toilet with a 10 inch rough in, not a 12 inch rough in. I did not know there was a difference. Almost toilets for sale now are 12 inch rough in. There is a blue and white big box store nearer to us but online they did not have what we needed.

The Panama City Beach home depot put forth extra effort to make sure I received the articles for which I shopped. The employees were most helpful in my shopping experience. The store was clean and organized.

I purchased a display blow up and didn't have all the parts. I had to purchase the parts. I asked if I could get a discount and the employee was rude to me when I asked basically snapping at me. The employees make you feel like your imposing on them if you ask for help.

There was a very rude person there, Rebecca, she didn’t use her manners and her breath smelt like mayonnaise. Shes built like a build a bear too.

Store does not enforce mask policy Too afraid to confront customers who refuse to wear mask.

This store is always so clean and organized. While I do think they need a few more employees working, the ones that are there seem to always be willing to help in any way they can. This location is definitely in my top 3 (if not my number 1) of Home Depot’s I have ever been to. I only wish other locations could do what this one is doing!
