Your new associate trainer and clerk laurie was not only rude to the self check out lady but extremely rude to myself and husband. There is no need for her to be condescending when talking to customers or assuming anything. All she has to do was ask.

I needed back splash for my kitchen. I didn't know what to look for, how to install, or what I needed. Someone showed me the department and the two employees in the department helped me with the tile, grout, and explained how to install. I was impressed by the time invested in my venture and by the courtesy afforded this elderly WOMAN.

Everyone at this store (Panama City Beach) is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Super place to shop!

Dalton in flooring was very helpful and explained some things about flooring that no one had taken the time to explain before.

Patty in Appliance Dept was very knowledgeable purchasing and delivery of product as well as Warrenty process, however it would have been helpful for someone to walk me through the operating of panel buttons and surface care.

This store is so much more friendly and a lot less crowded than the store in Panama City. I can usually find everything I need. Store is clean and well organized.

Home Depot is fantastic! My husband and I take pride in our home and we depend on Home Depot for all maintenance materials needed.

I came to home depot today to buy a new mower and trimmer. The garden section associate Rocky saw the new mower was missing a gas cap. After a few minutes of him explaining how the fuel specifications have changed and the value of using the pre-mixed solutions, we decided on a larger better model mower and pre-mixed solutions too. Had he not cared enough to help me I'd be wasting time, energy, and money fighting a losing battle. Thank you Rocky for your knowledge and time to educate me and thank you Home Depot for having Rocky as an employee.
