staff very polite and helpful at my evening visit

First, Home Depot had the power tools that I needed to rent to complete my project. Second, the product functioned absolutely perfectly enabling me to complete the project quickly. Third, Ricky and his colleagues at the HD Equipment Rental desk were absolutely superb! They functioned like a top performing team as they worked together to answer my questions and get me on my way. Ricky even knew the exact aisles (within the massive store and thousands of SKUs) that I had to go to get half dozen items that I needed for my project. Finally, Ricky and his colleagues did all this with a smile and made me feel appreciated. I love Home Depot!

This is really one of the better home depot stores I have been to, well organised with helpful staff and customer friendly cashiers especially a lady by the name of Dean H. Very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I give you guys a 10 out of 10.

store is clean, and get help when you need it

Im disabled, a lot like a turtle on his back. I haven't always been like this. Since becoming disabled I've heard all sorts of ugly things barked at me. Today I had an emergency arise of the worst kind...PLUMBING. Well after several calls to local contractors in the area explaining they didnt want the job, didn't have time, knew someone better, etc...it's the beach. With a heavy sigh and one last hope left I called Home Depot. After the automatic answering service directed my call accordingly, Georgia Royal, yup its his real name, answered the phone in a very busied puff, I heard this gentleman tell his co-workers he had to handle this call and asked them to continue without him. I heard him again, he was apologizing for my wait...lol if only he knew my earlier start of the day. Anyways I could hear his focus over the phone. I was an HVAC service manager for years, i knew a good employee when i heard one. He patiently listened to my issues and immediately launched into resolving them properly. He was so knowledgeable he actually got me what i needed, not what i was wanting. I asked him if he'd be willing to help my fiance', who was barreling towards the store at the time to get two cans of wasp spray. He assured me he would. I then learned from my better half that they had everything ready for her when she arrivedand the wasp spray. Its extremely rare to find such good employees. I know from experience, especially here on the beach. After this experience with Georgia Royal, it solidifies for myself and my family will never bother to go anywhere else but this store. I have shopped at many Home Depots in different states. This friendliness and helpfulness in the entire store is outstanding. Great Professionalism.

Material that I was looking for was easy to find with store personnel help. They explained my options which made my decisions much easier. This particular store had more variety that the store that I usually visit.

One of the best operated Home Depots I have been in. Customer service ( Phyllis) and delivered by Jack was a good experience and I will continue to do business at this store.

Amazing store with amazing staff!

Managers are rude, and are quick to say prices listed on the website are not valid in the store, even with a print out of the exact same item with the same sku number, says its a glitch and they normally do not adjust these errors. i was able to get my purchase adjusted to the proper price listed on the home depot website after having a discussion with the manager, although he was adamant about it being a one time thing.

Curbside pickup was very organized and prompt. I placed my order online and less than 2 hours later they texted me that my order was ready. Went to the store and checked in at the curbside service area and was on my way again in 5 minutes. Fastest curbside shopping transaction I've had since all my shopping has been curbside or delivery since the Covid-19 crisis. This was convenient for orders under the $45 free shipping and faster too. Very pleased and will order again.

I cannot express how important this store is to my day to day operations and how I make a living. While ALL staff have always been helpful, I wanted to extend a special THANK YOU to the paint department which plays a vital role in why I visit this store so much in addition to ALL of the other departments that I visit. I do see familiar faces which is always a bonus! THANK YOU ALL!

No staff wears a mask. Isles too crowded. SHOCKING in this time in the USA.

Our community took a direct hit from Cat 5 Hurricane Michael on 10/10/18. Our county is still in recovery mode from this event, and now the world is dealing with a pandemic. Both the Panama City Beach and Panama City Home Depot locations have gone above and beyond to keep materials and supplies in stock to help us rebuild our homes and businesses. Even with the shortage of staff that most businesses in the area are experiencing, all of the employees I've come into contact with are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. These two stores could be models for Home Depot stores across the nation.

WE VISITED THE HOME DEPOT STORE TODAY, HERE IN PANAMA CITY BEACH TO PURCHASE A WHEEL BARROW AND OTHER ITEMS. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE ORGANIZATION AND CLEANNESS OF THE STORE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING OUR PURCHASE AND THE CASHIER HAD THE BEST SMILE AND WAS SO FRIENDLY. HOME DEPOT HAS BEEN OUR GO TO FOR MANY YEARS!

The cashier scanned my purchase, left it in a pre=scanned area, and proceeded to charge me twice for the same item.
