Homedepot at Parkville has been my favorite hardware store because it has all products I need and the service is exemplary specially in the gardening and paint departments. Often I purchase plants and flowers but today Sept.15, 2022 the service was excellent. Elvin the gardening employee approached me to find out what I needed. After I told him, he helped me to choose the plants, the colors and at the time to put everything in the car he was already prepared with the plastic bags and paper so my car didn’t get dirty. Charlene the cashier, made laugh with her enthusiasm and comments on the purchase. Thank you it was a very pleasant experience.!

April gave a great shopping experience. She greeted me, asked what I needed, guided me through the store and checked me out. Fastest I was ever in a store and out.

I was hesitant to bring my dog to the store because I had never seen anyone with a pet in this location. Not only was it okay to have my pet in the store, but it seemed that every associate we came in contact with wanted to play with him. A 30-minute trip became an hour-long trip, if not more. When I was checking out, one of the associates saw how I was having a bit of trouble keeping the dog close and while still listening to what the service rep was trying to tell me. This associate, Noah, walked over to me, stretched out his hand, and said, "Can I help you?" He then took the leash and played with my dog while I finished my transaction. It was such a wonderful experience with both Noah and Tammy, who checked me out.

25 June 23, I had a great experience at Store #2577 Parkville, from the boomers to the Millennials, I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received. Sales Associate, Dennis Groves, Tiffany, Mgr (I think) and Cashier, Karen. They were the epitome of sales professionals especially in a world of putting the customer 1st. They Got it Right and they Got the "It factor I was "wowed" and I'm not "Wowed" very easily 4real!! TEAMWORK is still the Dreamwork. the communication and respect for each other was stellar and the patience and persistence to get me the products that I wanted was Un Bee lievable. There's a certain level of anxiety in buying major appliances and those guys made me feel confident in the brands of my choice. The Store Manager should be proud of the team that is at the store. It's difficult to have a multi-generational workforce that gets it and works together....I could go on and on but I think you feel that I had a great customer experience and I like to think that I have high standards. Lastly, the cashier in the outdoor flowers was great and on top of her game...wanting to be of awesome service. I was in heaven cause Lord knows I love flowers....

Everytime I go into the paint department at the Parkville store there is one gentleman that will help you find anything ! Very friendly and offers to help you , excellent customer service! Wish I would have got his name !

I recently brought lawn fertilizer the birds ate up most of it because it had grass seed in it. I love shopping at home depot. I just have to find some lawn fertilizer at home depot without grass seed. I will look again at home depot my favorite place to shop.

I promised myself last yaer that I would never visit this store again, however, I was in a big rush and stopped there. What a terrible mistake, the store was worst than my last vist. The customer service was still very bad, waited 20 minutes in aisle, after i asked for help. pro desk refused to do return, Of the 5 items i had to purchase the store only had one of the items. I'll never visit again, no matter how much of a rush I'm in.!!!!!

I come in this store very often but the highlight of my day is being checked out at the Pro. The Pro associates are very friendly and make mylofe so much easier. Anytime I need help with a will call or delivery I know I can count on Bre and Destiny to insure great service
