Please know exactly what you need because the associates will not follow up or ask additional questions. It may take 2 overhead pages and 30 plus minutes before an associate reports to their designated area. I wish you good luck.

I have lived in the area for 40 years or more.

I ordered a storm door for installation at price of $800 and $500 installation fee they installed the wrong door that was much cheaper, went back to store and manager tim smith did not want to adjust price for their mistake since the $800 dollar door was no longer on sale, will not recommend this store for home improvement and installations.

I recently re-visited this store after having a bad day prior (2.17) with an employee ordering my new appliances. 2/19/20 Well let me tell you the two (2) employees really ROCK!!! Brandon was precise, respectful of his team member, very knowledgeable and customer service skills were exceptional. Joshua was awesome understood my frustration after having such a bad experience the day prior and HELP me along the way even making suggestions. He was kind thoughtful and asked for help when he wasn't quite sure. He was able to show me items that weren't on display and answered questions. I appreciate the awesome teamwork displayed on 2.19.2020!!! KUDOS!!!

Visiting this store is always both interesting and productive.

This is my favorite store because of the employees as well as the products! I love it here!

Dajah And Mo are the best they are the most helpful associates in the store at Parkville

The three times I've been here since buying a house nearby have been great. The store staff are friendly and helped me find items that I came for. It's also great that this location accepts light bulbs for recycling at the front entrance; better than throwing them in the trash.

I always have encountered helpful, knowledgeable employees, who are quick to respond to questions, and who seem to be empowered to solve any issues I may have. especially in the paint department!! (shout out...you guys...)

This Home Depot blew us away. We found it on accident...and is now our "go to" . Shout out to Tammy and Danny...super friendly and helpful! Bravo to all at #2577 Parkville!

The store was clean and organized. the employees are very helpful.

Brandon the asst. Manager is very professional. He is very active in the day to day processes of the efficiency of the stores assets and its employees.

The associates are always friendly and willing to help you the merchandise are neatly stocked on the shelves and they always have what you need and if they don't the associate will look online to see if another Homedepot has what you need.

I went in to purchase a washing machine and I was greeted in a friendly manner, assisted by a wonderful employee who patiently walked me through the purchasing process and make me fell very comfortable.

I went into the McClean Blvd and Perring Parkway Home Depot. I was wandering around I’m certain looking puzzled and confused. I had a sales associate walk up to me by the name of Corey who asked if I needed assistance. He was extremely helpful, courteous, patient and professional. Additionally in the course of assisting me, he assisted another person . In this day and age of poor customer service, Corey is a Rarity. The store manager is very fortunate to have Corey on his/her team. He/she should hire 20 more people just like him!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The associate MJ helped me find everything I needed and he was so nice to me and my child. He even played a little game with my son who happens to be autistic and MJ was so helpful. He checked us out and then took our stuff to the car for us. Thank you so much for hiring him!

The store has very good prices, the employees are polite and helpful and don't mind finding what you need to help you and the store is always clean. Also the location of the store is convenient and has more then enough parking which is also important to me. I will not shop where the parking is inconvenient. I give this store two thumbs up.

This Home Depot was smaller but in and out is what I need as a shopper Time is money and I don’t always have a lot of time to search for Items

This is definitely a friendly and helpful Home Depot. The orange aprons do not avoid and ignore you as they do at other branches. For the most part I find what I am looking for when I shop at this branch.

The store's products are arranged in a way to facilitate ease and timeliness of shopping . the store is always clean and the aisles are clear.

The only reason continue to shop here is because of Tom the store manager. He is very helpful and hardworking. The cashiers are nice as well, but the returns desk can be a bit difficult.

Customer service was great. Employees were very helpful in my search for products.
