I WENT IN TO MAKE A RETURN AND HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR 3.57 SECS WHEN I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE AT 9 PM. DEIDRE FINALLY DECIDED TO HELP ME AND SHE WAS RUDE. LADY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AROUND CUSTOMERS

Mr Horsey was very thorough and considerate, explained everything in detail. A very kind and knowledgeable employee.

I’ve quite a few bad experiences in the past (pre-pandemic), and decided to drive past this store to the one on Joppa Road. This was my first trip to Home Depot after the pandemic, and clearly, the service has not improved. Rudeness goes unchecked. Who actually runs this store? They need to be fired. Monet needs training in Diversity. She’s ignorant. I will NEVER return to this store.

My experience with the Parkville Home Depot was a very pleasant experience. I'm a new home owner and just relocated to that area. I'm a young person and sometimes staff can be very shady towards younger people but, the staff actually made me feel very welcome in assisting me with all my future home needs. They guided me on the best items needed for me and was very detailed in the reasoning as to why I should purchased. I was very impressed and will be revisiting on a regular basics.

PARKVILLE STORE IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FREINDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Super clean, very well stocked, and the sales associates were plentiful and very helpful.

The Home Depot makes life much easier for Home owners and contractors alike. The Home Depot is a adult Toy Store and everything you need to make repairs or remodel your house is available at HD or can be ordered online and shipped to your front door or to a HD location. I would be honestly lost if Home Depot never existed. I use to shop at other Home Centers before the Home Depot opened in the Baltimore Maryland area and most of these home centers never had products I needed and trying to order products waa a nightmare. The Home Depot is a well oil machine in my opinion. Its very rare that one of the Baltimore locations do not have what I need in stock but I can always order products I need online and have then shipped to My Home store Parkville MD Home Depot. The employees are always VERY friendly and I shop there so often that I see many of these employees more often then my own family lol. I want to give a Special Thanks to a young lady named SARA at the customer service desk who is really super customer friendly and has helped me several times with return items, online pick ups and she always has a smile and is just a very pleasant young lady. Thank You SARA and Home Depot for all that you do for us Customers. I give a 5 STAR Rating to SARA and The Home Depot.

This store used to be a mess and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I had to get something last minute the other day and stopped in there hoping to just find it and go without having to ask anyone for help. It was like a new place. I was greeted by several people when I walked in and they told me right where to go to find what I was looking for. When I got to the aisle a friendly man asked me if he could help me find anything and then took me directly to the section I needed. I didn't have to wait in too long of a line to check out and when I got to the register the girl was actually friendly and told me to have a nice day. I don't know what changed but this was really a different place than I remember and I never do these review but this had to be recognized. Great job and now I'll come back to shop here again.

I love this Home Depot. It's so therapeutic every time I shop there. The people are pleasant the people are kind. However today I experienced behaviors that totally went against everything I'm used to experiencing. Home Depot please instruct the employees that you direct to wipe down monitors and screens Please tell them to watch their tones and their attitudes and their energies. I have a right to ask you to wipe the screens down because that's what Home Depot stated in their emails that the employees are wiping down screens cards if you would like them to do it no problems. I should not receive a bunch of attitude from someone who's agitated because she has to wipe down a screen nor should I have to hear her tell me I should be wearing gloves gloves are the last thing that one would need as it spreads germs. You would have to use new gloves every time. And the fact that you are using the same microfiber cloth to clean and scream I mean I'm just saying I I liked when you provided me with the wipes myself and I can clean the cart myself... I would definitely advise you to speak with your staff because if it's this grandiosity attitude of Home Depot needs me and I can act anyway I want, I can be belligerent to a customer's request, or I can become nasty because Home Depot needs me then that's not going to fare well because at the end of the day the power of the dollar is the most important factor. Additionally your security that day today was a joke He was busy fraternizing with either a Home Depot employee or a customer in the store He was not practicing 6 ft he was blocking the exit when I said excuse me you know it was a bunch of attitudes...I received attitudes when I told them you're not practicing social distance and that your company is saying over the intercom every 10 to 15 minutes... So please enlighten your contractors that are doing the security for your stores to do that job and their job is not to talk to have sidebar conversations their job is to make sure there's clearance at the exits and to check your receipts not the one of those things occurred... I don't feel comfortable returning it at Home Depot until I get a follow-up phone call from corporate explaining is this going to be the new trend at the Home Depot? It's a shame because not everybody in that store has nasty attitudes It was just simply the woman who wiped my cart and the security and those two experience made me and say well if I don't hear from corporate I'm returning the rocks.. This is a quality control issue If you don't get it now it'll spread and it's going to only get hotter and if your employees are upset or disgruntled and maybe they should not come into work that day but no customer deserves to feel any negative or nasty energy of a cashier or an employee of your business... Excellent service and store very clean and practicing social distance.

Please update your Propane dispensing equipment. It has not worked properly for over a year or longer. Other than that I enjoyed my experience at your store.
