I'm building a back yard shed and David and Naetrice at home depot really helped me pick out a garage door which made my shopping much more easy

Janice helped with organizing my very packed cart and was very helpful

There was an individual named Inetta, who was extremely helpful in assisting me at self check out. I had many, many items and she was extremely helpful in aiding me scan the items. She was also very courteous, friendly and respectful and made me feel special as a customer. If I worked as a store manager, I would definitely attempt to hire more workers like Inetta who provide excellent customer service and make me want to return to Home Depot to do business! She is certainly an asset to Home Depot!

We always shop this location! If they don't have what we need (which is rarely never) they are happy to get it ordered!

Every time we have purchased items from this store we have always had great customer service from the employees and they are always helpful or offer to help.

The Commercial check out is always good. All the cashiers over there, have it together.

Regena was the BEST. I bought 3 appliances and she made sure to quote the size of each to make sure they would fit in the designated area. She was very patient and helpful. The best Home Depot in Pearland !!

I visit this location quite often and the experience I had today was much better than previous occasions. Thank you again to the cashier Christinia, very sweet and welcoming. Not only that she was knowledgeable on the product I was searching for. I will definitely be back to shop with her.

We went to this store to purchase lighting fixtures and look at refrigerators. No one appeared in either department to answer questions. They also only have self-checkout. If I wanted to work there, I would apply.

I love this Home Depot location and staff. They know their inventory and are very helpful.

If I could give a zero I would. Aaron was ridiculously rude and lacks any type of customer service skills.

I have traveled and shopped at other locations of Home Depot. The employee's at this location are ready to help and assist. We have pets and needed screen that would accomidate that. They were quick to point out the right solution.

Upon checkout had an issue with processing my purchase. Store Mgmt/Cashier went above and beyond to assist me with the system defaults. This was a learning experience for me and also several associates. The way they handled my situation was exemplary. My thought was to just walk out due to my time constraints. Being patient and allowing staff to resolve my issue was well worth my time. As a Veteran I salute you Store #6543! Job Well Done!

I wanted very specific projects items and the helpful staff didn't disappoint!
