Wide selection of products coupled with friendly customer service is what keeps us coming back.

The store is orderly and clean, and I can usually find what I need without a problem. It has been my experience that the older employees have more of an understanding of what I am looking for if I do need help. I also frequently shop at the Pearland Home Depot since it is fairly close to my home. I was able to buy bottled water there when Harvey was bearing down on us and area grocery stores had already sold out.

Forget going here after 5pm the employees couldn't find water if the fell off a cruise ship. And you'd get better courtesy from a hammerhead shark at migration time.

This is a great store like all Home Depot stores.

The store was clean. They were out of stock on what I wanted to buy. I asked when they would be receiving that product a d was told "dont know ". Most of the employees I encountered were not friendly, I saw them as not wanting to be there

Rented a Penske truck thru Home Depot although I had reserved the truck and confirmed it would be ready when I showed up to pick it up I was told by the Penske representative on the phone that the truck had been rented out to someone else! Of course I was furious the rep on the phone told me I would have to go to another location to pick up the truck. The associate & manager at Home Depot got back on the phone with the Penske Rep and resolved this for me, the guy at Penske realized he had made a mistake. The ladies at Home Depot took the time to resolve this for me, I cannot thank them enough for helping me with this issue. Also go to this store for merchandise and always a pleasant experience. For the most part this store is great ... the people are nice ... but the manager Terrance is not helpful, and very pushy and trying to get you to get a Home Depot card

Usually I have had issues with getting assistance. The last few times I have been in Home Depot, the assistance has been great.

The chain that I purchased for my chainsaw was advertised at $14.95 on the website and showed to be in stock at this location, but was sold to me at $18.97 ! I asked the cashier why the difference and his answer was that it's probably cheaper online. If that's the case you should state that on the website!

If you are looking for a door, don’t waste your time, service in this department is horrible at best. I’ve been trying to get a door ordered and installed for 2 months, still no luck. Honestly, don’t waste your time, you’ll just be disappointed.

The associate that was at the self check out,(didn't get her name) took her time to mention the sweepstakes entry to me , I thought that was sometime very nice to acknowledge the customer and give that information. Employees need to smile more, it don't cost you nothing, but you can make a difference!

Terrible customer service by young Jillian. Don't ask your customer to go back to prove a sale. I took pictures that you looked at for 1 second but the walk RT was 4min...your self check out customers just want in and out!! Ask another employee to help if your too lazy to walk yourself! At least offer some Home Depot customer service help. It wasn't busy. Your supervisor needs some training also! But you make money off of products! NOT service so there it is!

if its raining, better bring your rain coat and umbrella, the store no longer keeps shopping carts just inside the store, you must find your own in the parking lot, raining or not... Not a customer oriented decision...

They have removed ALL non self checkout lanes from the store. You have to check yourself out. As a professional, I purchase products with no tax. They have removed the nontaxable option, so I have to wait for the single person that is managing the 6 self checkout lanes to come to my register and allow me to purchase with no tax. We do pay the tax, we just pay it at the end of the month, just so I don't get hate mail because I am not doing my part

Initially I had intended to purchase 2 appliances from another store however after stopping to make a comparison at Home Depot I found the salesperson to be extremely helpful in that she spent time with my to help me make a comparison between items (via the internet & comparing appliances). In addition, I ended up purchasing a total of 3 appliances as the salesperson shared with me how I could save additional money. The salesperson was so helpful and patient I truly felt that she was motivated to save me money that I would have otherwise spent. Customer service was outstanding with the salesperson being very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I truly felt that although stock was slightly limited the salesperson went the extra mile to help me and in the end shopping at Home Depot turned out to provide a better service all the way around.
