Great store, always clean and well stocked .And you can always find someone to assist you if needed.

Been going to this location for the past 14 years...My only gripe is that they don't have tool rentals at this location

Well organized and clean, with a staff that is very attentive.

Plenty of cashiers available with no wait time. The garden area, the sales floor and the restroom was very clean and well organized.

Very friendly staff, eager to help. Pat went out of his way to make sure the item that needed attention received it and my concerns were addressed. Thank you Patrick!!

Susan was very helpful and Friendly. I checked out and then realized that I had a $3.25 credit from a previous shopping experience. I told Susan I needed paper towel so I will be right back. She pointed out that paper towel was on sale right near me so I wouldn't have to walk far and it was exactly $3.25 to purchase. She was polite, friendly, and Very helpful.

The Pearland, Texas store for the last decade always has great garden, landscape, home construction, tool, plumbing, electrical, appliance and seasonal goods and prices. The employees are always helpful and make you feel at home. Keep up the great work!

Waiting 25+ minutes to wait for blinds to be cut is unacceptable, especially when employees are not even busy. Had to ask 3 different ones for help. They were talking to each other, not doing anything with products or helping other customers. They did call for help, but the help came almost 30 minutes later. Zero follow up. I used to visit store often, not again. I rather inconvenience myself driving the 10 extra minutes and go elsewhere where I will be in and out.

I am a professionally contractor whose time is my most valuable commodity, therefore when the employees in this store protected my time as if they didn’t want me to loose any seconds.

I was at a self checkout register 1/2/2021 (all the registers are such) and asked the attending cashier which button to push in order to pay by credit. She told me and then promptly shouted out "You're welcome!" I did not even have a chance to thank her, but certainly was not about to with such a rude attitude! She was doing her job to answer my question, not a special favor to possibly warrant a verbal thanks. I do not appreciate her lack of respect for customers. Obviously some of your employees need instruction to show some courtesy to customers to encourage their business at your store, not discourage it!

It was a real pleasure shopping at this Home Depot location. The employees I interacted with were well trained, friendly and helpful especially Tony, Lucy and Jennifer. The store is very clean and they are taking every precaution to keep customers safe while shopping in their store. Masks are required and they have them at the entrance along with hand sanitizer. The store is well stocked and I will definitely be making this location my favorite place to shop as my needs require of this type of store.

Ms Linda was a big help. I really appreciate her professionalism. I can recognize great service and this was great service. You can tell that Ms Linda must be like this everyday with every customer. She made me feel like I will get great customer service when I come back. I told my friends about what I ordered and the great service. Thanks
