This is my favorite place to shop and I've bought many things from these folks, and have always enjoyed great service!

the new young employees go above and beyond to help me and are very respectful, you do not find that everywhere you shop.

This time associates little better. Most of the time - they just tell some aisle number don't move or tell which store has the item.

This store has the most helpful staff I have seen in a while! They make themselves available to answer questions and help the customer select the best product needed. I also enjoy walking through the garden center because they have a lovely selection of plants and soils and tools to beautify any yard! During these days of Covid having a lovely yard is an investment in mental health! This store continues to be a resource for helps in maintaining my house and yard. Since my husband died last year of cancer, it has been my challenge to keep the yard as pretty as he kept it. Thank you, Home Depot, for your help.

Even in this pandemic situation, Home Depot has done everything above expectation to keep their store open, clean and stocked along with great employees who put their customers needs before their own ( which is asking a lot due the health concerns). The Home Depot MUST give every employee one heck of a bonus this year...BEFORE Christmas.

Was looking for a table saw and sand paper. Knew where to go. There was only one of the brand I was looking to get. Box was damaged, took it and all was good. Sale cashier was very helpful and friendly. Her name is Naetrice.

First I would like to state that the employee in the paint department was extremely helpful and polite. However, the cashier felt it was appropriate to speak a different language about me to another employee directly in front of me. Little did she know we understood exactly what was being said. The manager was advised of the incident.

Exceptional customer service, great clean store, smiling faces, and friendly associates. We went to another Home Depot on Dickenson Rd because it was closer to our home but their customer service was horrible. We needed help loading multiple bags of concrete and were told by a cashier associate “you have to do it yourself”. We then drove to the pearland Home Depot and everyone I spoke with was so friendly and nice. In these crazy times it definitely makes a difference and we appreciate you all at the Pearland Home Depot.

Never visited a Home Depot where you can actually find a salesperson to help you. I normally spend most of my time looking for someone to help so I was shocked when there were actually people in the aisles to help me. That’s a huge factor because I was able to run in and out. I think that’s something to post about. So thank you.

Depending on where I am, I have visited several stores. The store on the east side of Pearland Tex. seems to have less stock than other stores.
