The associate was VERY HELPFUL. Don’t remember his name but he was able to direct us to the correct isle and show us the difference between certain types of chainsaws! Coodles to him!!!!

Had everything I was shopping for

I felt very welcomed and assured by the staff and the layout of the store. Everyone was very helpful and I enjoyed my experience shopping at Home Depot. But the two staff members that stood out the most was Zina and Cheyanna. Both were professional and surprisingly outgoing. I will show my loyalty because of this two and consider myself family to Home Depot as I will be a repeat customer forever! Thank you Zina and Cheyanna!

We were looking for some parts. Bill came up without being asked and said can I help you find something? We explained what we were looking for. Bill went straight to the parts. His store was out of one of the parts, but Bill looked it up and saw that one of the other stores had 6 of them. So we went to the other store and got the part. Kathy was very friendly and helpful on the register.

Dani helped me on this trip along with Olivia. Both of them are absolutely amazing and very helpful. The manager of the Home Depot should be very proud of their employees. Every single employee I encountered was pleasant and smiling. Keep up the good work.

Home Depot has some of the best employees in the area. They are helpful and friendly. In some stores, the employee will go out of their way o avoid you but at Home Depot the employees are always helpful. The store is clean and items are stocked neatly. It's a comfortable store to shop in.

I'm an old DIYer and shop at this store late morning during the week. The staff from front to back and end to end is always friendly and helpful getting my crazy projects done. Really do like this store

I especially like Behr paint. Comparing it to Valspar at (L), I think it's better paint. And the garden section is always fun!

I purchased 30 bags of paver base and it was too heavy for me to even lift to put In the cart. Two male employees worked together loading those bags into my car. They were really friendly and didn’t seem to mind me asking for help. Great workmanship those tw men.

I returned a bag of True Bone Meal pellets that drew a great deal of ants into my garden and plants. The reciept had was almost unreadable but legible enough to see the date I purchased the product. I received a refund and purchased two additional items I wanted. My cashier and helper were both helpful and my helper did a wonderful job helping me get my product to my vehicle. Happy to return.

Kathy at the lumber desk was very helpful and looked all over to find a ladder that was on sale. She went above and beyond. Kaylie at the checkout was very helpful as well. We have several Home Depot Stores in Pensacola, and this one I prefer the most. I shop at this location whenever possible. Thank You.

Andrew, Christian, Daniel, Danelle, Heather, Jackie, Karen and Terri have all knocked it out of the park with customer service as far as my store visits go. There's also other employees that are awesome but I haven't learned their names yet. Heather especially needs a pat on the back for the past 3 weeks working with me on the mess of an order we had. Adam the store manager was also very friendly and helpful when he learned of how bad the situation was. The store isn't the problem, the operating systems are. Also corporate put some $ into my store 6932 as it needs an update on the inside where more inventory needs to be added like how they've put $ into Davis Hwy and ( Mile Road stores.

I needed a bulb to be ordered for my air purifier.The last bulb lasted over 3 years.Customer service was very efficient in placing the order.

Karen in returns helped me in a huge way. I had a serious problem with an online order and she made it right.
