Every employee is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they do not have an answer for me, they reach out to someone who does have the answer. I lovew this place!

I use this Home Depot exclusively when I am in Pensacola. This year purchased my Christmas tree and Ryobi equipment. This is a clean facility and all the staff I have encountered are helpful, knowledgeable and never too busy to stop what they are doing to bring you to the area one might be seeking.

I needed a refrigerator ASAP. Jaima helped us get what we needed today, at a great price, then we used a Home Depot rental truck to get the refrigerator home. The delivery/loading guy was great too. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long, long time.

I am an elderly widow that likes to tinker. I do have problems walking and lifting things. I have found the staff very accommodating. They are always very helpful. I have often left Lowe’s because it was to much trouble for them to help me. That is their lose because I spend a lot of money at Home Depot I am remodeling my second home. The first one I purchased all my flooring, paint , kitchen appliance and everything else from Home Depot. I will be doing the same

I had received help from a very friendly and kind cashier. She has very good customer service and every time I come there she's always smiling and always in a great mood to help me with my needs. I've had help from some of the other women at service desk before and she has always been consistent regardless of whether they want to help me or not. If I remember correctly, I think it was Teni or Tenay. Keep this employee because she is keeping your customers. Customer service goes a long way when it comes to making a company prosperous. Keep and reward the good employees!!

Ms. Aly makes checking out fast and easy! She has a very nice smile and willingness to help her customers! The other employees don’t want to help customers! Each time I haveI asked for help i got an attitude of I am bothering them! I hate to ask for help at this store! Only the Check out ladies are always nice and helpful!

Good shopping experience. The gentleman working in the chainsaw and lawn area, stopped in his tracks to help locate the proper fuel and to gave me great information on the various fuels and and how to choose the one that would work best in 2 machines. It helped a lot.

The store associates at this store went above and beyond to find the item that I was looking for. Yvette and Andrew are amazing! Will shop here again! I wouldn’t have got this service at Lowe’s!

Associate was able to tell us where to find the items needed. As a result, we saved time that was important to us. The men who loaded our truck were friendly and we're careful with placement of our purchases.

I was able to find the items I needed, but was unsure of the type of house wiring I would need for wiring my work shed... The employee in the electrical section told me exactly what I would need and found the proper wire for my job... He was very friendly and helpful... The cashier was extremely friendly and obviously loved her job... This shopping trip went off without a hitch... I would like to thank Home Depot and their employees for making this and every other shopping trip to Home Depot a breeze... I am a retired Navy veteran and I appreciate the military discount Home Depot gives to vets..

was there Sunday May 2 about 9am pulling my lumber order for weeks jobs and they pull my loaded cart out of area and close gates and tell me I need to lleave area, i said when im done getting my lumber i need i will leave area( there were no other customers, so there was no rush on there end to chase me out) i said when i pull my lumber i need you then can have this isle they close the gates then they drive the fortlift and JUST ABOUT HIT ME , CAME WITHIN INCHES because i jwould not leave like they demanded check your cameras they just about hit me and if they did i jwould sue for billions because home depot got the worst attitude towards customers

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Rebecca D. in the appliance center. She was so helpful and did not make us feel we were taking up too much of her time. She spent the time to show us all the models and specs on the appliance we were looking for.

My husband and I always go into this store. We bought our home a year ago and have been remodeling the house and back yard. Especially after hurricane Sally hit! We had to do a lot of work. There are always employees that assist us. If we have half an idea they help us complete it. If we have a full idea and project outline they help us properly complete the project the best and with the best products! Super happy with the service, and cleanliness of the store Everytime.

Great customer service made me feel like i was the most important customer in the store. They got me help to load my purchases were loaded in my truck.

Great employees and great place to shop

Literally one of my favorite places to stroll and sip a coffee, taking in all the ideas for my home. Can only imagine if they partnered with a coffee and pastry food truck, I would never leave! But in all seriousness, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help, the place is always inviting, and the products are always affordable, and available.

This store makes a difference in our community by hiring people with disabilities as well as Veterans. During my shopping trip William helped me load my garage shelving from my cart to my trunk..he truly went the extra mile. This Home Depot has always been exceptional in customer service!
