I have been going to Home Depot for years to get my materials and have never been disappointed. I have enjoy the fact they let me bring my dog Charlie in with me. Employees see him and I coming and yell out Charlies here. It shows how many times we go there. If I mention that I need to go to Home Depot, he will get excided and run to the door. I love it and makes his and my day. Thank you Home Depot.

Love to see a company applying effort focusing on the customer! This is something most of America looks for in an age of internet shopping and purchasing.

Being mislead and disregarded by cashier Tea to maintain a false narrative should be frowned upon and ill advised when dealing with loyal customers.

The staff at this store is fantastic and always love the cashier Nancy who is always going the extra make to make sure all your stuff is right and you got what you need. My main store to go too while in Portage/Kalamazoo area.

Dog -friendly people! Our rescue dogs know which way to go when we arrive. We shop here because we never have to go far, or wait long, if we need assistance, and if someone doesn't know, they know someone who does.
