Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Would recommend this store.

Due to the High volume of Sales at this location I personally believe this Store should expand!

Home Depot used to care about its customers. That is no longer true. The employees are impossible to find and when you do find one they act as if you are bothering them with your question. An employee literally had headphones in walking around the store bobbing his head to the music, completely unavailable to anyone needing assistance. Both quantity and quality of staff are not acceptable for a company that claims to have good customer service.

I'm at the Portage store once or twice a week.

Like all stores that carry these products don't expect help unless you seek some out. People aren't friendly waited 15 minutes to try and buy a washer in November and left when I couldn't get someone. Lunch time for that dept. I guess bought it somewhere else. One time looking for some cable connectors directed to left back of store had to go up to courtesy desk and found out they were towards right back of store. Prices are decent good line of products but that's corporate not that this store had anything to do with it. A necessary evil yo go here if you need certain items.

If you like to walk, this is the store for you. Not only do you get to walk a long way due to handicapped parking spaces, but also, lots of veteran spaces and employee of the month, etc. Big pain to deal with, especially when it's raining out.

Jay in the windows and doors department is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cashier Ron was very friendly and helpful.

Cashier at self checkout goes through your things before you check out harassing you and hovering over your shoulder the entire time. I will never shop at that store again.

I love Home Depot and I shop there all the time. I wish their young service people were better trained to help people who are not handy actually find things in the store and not just be given an aisle number. I also wish they were trained to help their customers move large bulky items throughout the store. The store is nicely stocked and clean, but helpful service people are a must when it comes to home improvement projects.

Home Depot has good selection and prices. The employees are friendly and helpful, and products are generally easy to find. I typically leave the store with all my needs met.

Serenity was bubbly and was very helpful and told me about the snipers on the roof. Lol

The cashier, Serenity, was efficient and friendly. Your aisles were clearly marked, although I did ask another customer where she got her boxes. As it was, I was steps away from the correct aisle. My only beef was in trying to get back to the checkout. Stocking carts blocked some of the aisles and as the boxes I was buying were large and hung over the edges of the cart, I had to backtrack to find an empty, accessible aisle I could fit through. Otherwise, I was fairly quickly in and out. Otherwise, the store was clean and well stocked.

The folks at this store are always friendly and eager to help without being pushy. Maddison was helpful and friendly.

I have been shopping at the home depot for about 35 years and they have always had what i needed for whatever project i was building or making, keep up the great work,

Associates are approachable, friendly and very helpful. The store itself is always clean, tidy and well arranged. Quality and variety of products is great for a majority of home improvement projects.
