I always find this Home Depot store to be exemplary in their customer service delivery!

I went into store just to compare pricing on flooring. The guy is in flooring was very informative and did not rush us at all. And he saved us time by advising which products best suited our needs. Then we were looking at area rugs, not really planning on buying but the lady employee was so nice and we decided to buy the beautiful rug. We did not have a buggy and we are older and she just politely picked up the rug and carried it to the front. What a surprise, excellent above and beyond customer service! You just don’t get that anymore in most stores. We will shop Home Depot more often now!

New window treatment will be an great asset to our spare bedroom, it is a Cordless Faux Wood Blind, looking forward to having it installed, it was affordable better than an Interior Shutter.

Applied for a credit card they told me I was eligible for A $100 off 4th purchase They only would give me $500 credit libut credit limit so I was not eligible for the $100 off but they gave me a $50 off and $50 coupon would not let me redeem the $50 coupon because I had to spend $300 to $999 then then I'll try again a second time and they told me I could only get the $25 off if I use my home depot credit card told credit card I am not happy with home depot at all I'm thinking about canceling my credit card and going to Some Other's home Home improvement imply for a credit card there at least they will give me what they promise

Very well organized - the only issue I have is it is inconvenient having those in front of you filling out a home Depot credit Card application while others are waiting to check out.

Great products and good deals

Poor customer service by a cashier, very unfriendly. Surprised to hear cashier call for someone to help a customer load their purchases and say "I need someone to help my two [expletive] customers load their crap". The customers were already out the door, but I was standing 5 feet away and I am sure other customers in line heard it as well. Very dissappointing

This is a really great store with friendly employees. It is super clean, easy to find things, and well stocked. They definitely go above and beyond to help here!

Nancy was very helpful, kind, polite and professional. Craig in plumbing helped with every aspect for the things I needed to properly install a water heater. Tim in hardware helped locate the tools I needed. All 3 of these folks were friendly polite and engaging. Good employees are hard to come by and these 3 stand above most. Thanks gang for your help and for the friendly conversation.

At the Portage, MI. store one of the employees (Don) was very helpful in getting my string trimmer back to 'working order'. Very nice gentleman.

I had gotten my key broken off in my door and was anticipating having to purchase a new knob. I happened to walk past 'Tim' as I was walking toward the check out and asked if he by chance had a tool to get the key out. He walked me toward his desk and not only got the key out, but repinned and greased the whole thing because it wasn't ideally functional. He went way above and beyond and made my day by being so helpful!!

Very clean store and restrooms; very friendly, courteous helpful staff, good selection of merchandise and good prices! (and Home Depot cares about veterans!) We had already been to three other stores where we could not find what we were looking for; but Home Depot has exactly (3) of what we were looking for and we bought all three!
