During this hecktic holiday season I received exceptional service at this store.

I spoke with four employees today and all were helpful.

Was not ablate purchase the product as it was not carried as were many other types I.E No Sealer and grout remover from Aqua Mix but many others were.

Warren and James were phenomenal help fixing the water leak from the Bath Tub Cartridge. The cartridge is leaky and the water is heavily leaking and needed an immediate solution. Both Warren and James figured the solution out and helped me in time to fix the leak. Really appreciate their help.

Instead of thanking me for my military service the cashier asked me what branch did I serve in. When I told him the cashier stated that he had absolutely no respect for the Coast Guard. He added good thing I did not say NAVY because he has even less respect for them.

Leah K was great to work with and made the shopping experience better.

We have been shopping at Home Depot for quite sometime. We have had installations of windows and carpet and the crew did a great job both times. Home Depot is a second home to us.

It’s always so nice walking into this store. I get greeted with so many smiles and everyone always seems to want to help out! The garden department is the one that I visit the most often. There is always someone willing to help me there! Chris, Javier, and Michelle are great! I’m a regular customer at this point and they seem to remember be every time I come in which makes my day so much better! Highly recommended to shop at this location. Thanks for always making my visit smooth!

This is one of the nicer Home Depots in San Diego. Well maintained.

The female representative I dealt with this morning in the Paint Department was so VERY helpful! She took her time with me to be sure I understood the process of using concrete stain and made sure I had everything I needed for my project. I never felt rushed.

Needed a nail gun, showed me where they’re located and helped me select the right one for the project at a great price

I like this Home Depot because employees are generally positive

I especially like this Home Depot because it’s not dirty. The staff is friendly and actually wants to help. Product is not always available, but we are surviving a pandemic, I understand.

While many of the stores are now staffed much less than previously, and this store is no exception, some of the best folks are indeed working here and help beyond what many other home improvement stores offer.

I have heard from General Contractors that I have spoken to and have experienced first hand, that the Poway Home Depot has the best customer service for all Home Depot's in the county. These contractors come several miles out of their way to shop at the aPoway HD strictly because of the high customer service.

If you go to Home Depot in Poway , CA at 12175 Tech Center drive, please look for Niveen to serve you as she will bend backwards to help irrespectiveof who you are. She just love serving customer.

This store has the most friendly and approachable associates in all the San Diego Home Depots.

I just have to say that Randall Hutbell in the cabinet department is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and is very helpful. I came back about 10 times to make changes to my kitchen cabinet order before we actually placed my order and he made each and every change with a great attitude and smile. He was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Randall for all your cabinet or flooring needs. Thanks Randall for all the hard work you put into my new kitchen that I just love!

I was assisted by the manager Jake...he went above & beyond in providing exceptional service. I didn't know he was a manager, until after he assisted me. I wanted to talk to a manager but he was a manager...so leaving this hoorah for him!!!!

It's easy enough to find most of the common products, but the checkout system is terrible. Do your shopping somewhere else - ANYWHERE else.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION EVERY TIME WE'VE SHOPPED HERE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY AND, ABOVE ELSE, HELPFUL, IN FINDING AND ASSISTING WITH PRODUCTS. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND WE'RECOMFORTABLE WITH COVID PRECAUTIONS.

We had the pleasure to work with Skip in the garden department. He knows everything, he was incredibly helpful and taught me some things. It is always so great to be able to find someone who is willing to help. Someone who is looking forward to helping you instead of breaking eye contact. I hope that Skip is there for future visits when we come by to shop, he really was so easy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does. It is great to have been helped by Skip.
