I lost an extremely important possession and was able to retrieve it with the extra ordinary effort of an alert employee "Mary Ellen Williams"

They have great way of getting the customers what they want. However, I do wish they can communicate with costumers more when it comes to purchasing certain things. Overall, I love the place. They get things done which I truly appreciate it.

I always find the help a need here, the store is clean and I I have had more good experiences here then bad

Now they are closing the doors next to self check out at 7 pm because so many people are stealing from the store. I had to exit at the next set of doors with a lady using a walker. There is no respect from the cashier who said "you need to walk". Yes I am fat, but I am also a senior citizen. You don't know my health issues. Your customers walking to the next door is not going to stop crime, but it will reflect on the poor customer service and rude employees.

I have been taking my daughter to the kids workshop for the past year or so. It is an awesome awesome chance to do something creative fun and somewhat educational with your kid. The people at Home Depot that help with the workshop are absolutely key to a fun time. Miss Paula at the Regency Home Depot is excellent with the kids and the adults. And at the end of it you walk away with something to show for it you get your picture taken and you have a snack. It's such a wonderful program.

Find employee Steve Gathing to assist you. Knowledgeable without being overbearing.

We have been to several Home Depot locations around Jax and have decided we only want to come here anymore. The employees go above and beyond at Regency. Not only do they approach you first instead of walking away trying to look busy, but genuinely have knowledge to share about the products and all different types of home improvement projects we have done! We also met the lady in charge of the monthly kids workshops for this location and she goes above and beyond as well! She’s amazing and so are the workshops!

I am very happy with our Home Depot store. Everything is available and price are ok. Employees are very helpful and very knowledgeable about anything you ask. They will always find solutions for your home problem.

Cashiers at this location are always rude and not friendly. Good store, but poor service. Hire some nicer people.

Carlton in management presented a warm smile, employed listening skills and focused to understand an issue with a soiled Safavieh rug, a straw natural fiber rug that I wanted to purchase but the border was soiled on both ends with dark dust from being in contact with the floor. Carlton offered a discount and without question I purchased the lovely rug for my home ( later the dust was removed easily by sweeping with a straw broom ). I was very happy with my recent shopping trip to Home Depot! I needed four 60lb bags of concrete mix and wasn't going to be able to lift them due to my hurting back. An employee was right there to help load them onto a cart for me and another employee met me at my truck to load them up for me! I wish I remembered their names to give them credit here.

The last month I have been remodeling my bathroom from scratch. I had no idea there were so many decisions to make. Home Depot at Regency helped direct me and worked to meet my expectations. Check other stores for stock items. Helped me price compare. This really adds value to making the shopping less stressful.

Needed help in correcting a mistake we made with a purchase. Leigh in Customer Srrvice didn't judge us for being wrong. He stepped up understood the situation and helpped us get the product we actually needed. Thank You for all your understanding and kindness.

Sometimes help is not readily available. On a recent trip I waited about 30 minutes for help and finally called the store from my cell requesting for a manager to meet me in lumber. An assistant manager came and was very apologetic offering to give me a discount. I like HD so I did not take the discount. I still shop HD because we are human and can't be everywhere.

Not customer friendly and definitely not accommodating to the disabled.

Amazing customer service!! I needed help in the flooring department and in the doors and windows department. Both women went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my experience was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The cashier worked with us very closely to ensure that we had the right amount of product that was required for a job.

Some are really helpful, but others are rude for no reason and act like you are bothering them. Refuse to help, greet, or thank.

IT IS SUCH A CHANGE TO GO INTO A BIG BOX STORE AND BEING ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, THAT IS THE WAY THIS STORE OPERATES

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ron and Mr. Eric in the lumber department. I was extremely nervous coming into the store because I am beginning a DIY project for my parents guest bathroom and I needed a lot of assistance. Not only were they both very knowledgeable and patient with me, but Mr. Ron was so extremely sweet and pleasant. He even asked me to come back and show pictures of the finished project which made my entire day! I will always come back to this location for future projects.
