I love my neighborhood Home Depot! I've been a regular customer for decades at this specific location & some ckerks/associates recognize my face & call me by my name It just feels good! Kurt..one particular associate has been employed @ Home Depot at this particular location for years...and goes out of his way to help assist in my needs and is very informative, friendly and swift. Thanks Kurt!!

This repair was only possible because of the helpful associate in the plumbing department

Difficult to get assistance. Employees make no attempt to assist you even if you find someone. I actually got the impression that I was bothering them when attempting to get questions answered.

Ms. Lina with her motherly spirit made me feel so great today on my visit. She asked me if I wanted to apply for a card I said no but, she wanted me to try anyway. I was approved she was excited for me. Nice lady!!!

I visited this store in the past while still on my previous address. But after moving, it's a bit distant to my current address. However after yesterday's great experience, I will come here first before going to other stores.

My husband and I visits this store on a regular basis and have found the sales persons to be quite helpful. When you visit the store so frequently, you learn where most everything is located. You can almost find someone with a "red" jacket if you cannot locate something.

Last year was a trying time for everyone, but it seems as though here in 2021 we hopefully have turned a new page and this Home Depot and its employees seems to be doing everything possible to make life a little easier..Thank you and I will be back again.

This store is always clean and always has an associate available to help. Rarely have to look for one! Debbie in flooring is awesome and made my flooring project start with no issues and explained everything in detail and went over the costs and even how to finance it! Thanks Debbie!!!

Lately my experience at this location has been great

I easily found the brand name of the toilet that I wanted. When I was a younger man, I would have been able to install it myself. I appreciated the fact that Home Depot could arrange to have someone to install it for me at a reasonable cost without me having to hire a plumber on my own to do it. I've had experience with Home Depot installing a not water heater. They have an entire department that will handle any issues that may arise from the outside installers that Home Depot uses so no worries there. The store had the both the brand and the type of toilet that I needed in stock. The price was competitive. I got 12 months no interest on my Home Depot credit card. The associate at Home Depot that helped me was really good and even called her supervisor when something came up that she needed help with. The whole purchase process didn't take a long time. I was relatively in and out in a reasonable period of time. I'm sure to come back again when I needed another appliance, toilet or anything else for my kitchen or bath that needs to be installed and probably for some outdoor furniture and some plants with it being April and all. I need to work on my front and back yard. I can pretty much find everything at Home Depot that I need for the maintenance on my house.

Store is neat and prices are reasonable. Employees are helpful.

When you need it...Home Depot has it!

I went to this location in search of flowers. The price was displayed as .88. The associate advised the sales was no longer and that she couldn’t adjust the price. After the sale was complete, as I was leaving another customer had a similar complaint. The associate told that customer that customer that she could make an adjustment. I’d like to point out that I am a black woman, the customer that came behind me was a white woman. After I brought it the associates attention, she then went and gave me 3 flowers to “make up” for the issue. No apology, no updated receipt, just handed me 3 more flowers and walked away. This is NOT okay and needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. In today’s socio-political climate, this type of behavior and treatment does not help with the resolution of our nation’s current divide, MARIA!!!!!
