Naomi at the front desk/customer service fixed our return perfectly making sure we could use all the rewards available to us. John in 'plumbing' stopped what he was doing and lugged a water heater to the front while we were on our way so it was waiting. Windy in 'fasteners' helpt make sure we got exactly the right thing for the job (Hanging a tankless water heater).

We moved here from upstate New York in June and have completely remodeled our house. I purchased all our appliances and cabinet there. all of our cabinets were special order and some that came in were damaged. ALL of the returns and online ordering clerks are amazing. I haven't had one issue with anyone I have interacted with. I appreciate the smiles and help everyone has given. I am there about everyday buying building supplies and I am always greeted with a smile and leave with a thank you. To the management, thank you.

I went In to get a couple things I need to complete a project I was doing, and decided to use the self checkout instead of going through a line. The sales associate Lisa that was over the self checkout today was very nice and respectful! She asked if I wanted to apply for a HD card and I said no, and she said “well thanks for choosing Home Depot for your project needs and thanks for shopping with us today”. Which in my opinion was very respectful. The store is very clean and in order which is better than some of the other competitors stores I’ve been in. I definitely plan on shopping here again!

Today I needed a lot of assistance with my irrigation system pressure switch and air tank. System had been replaced several yrs ago by a “professional”. Not really. JOHN MILLER at PRO DESK Regency Jacksonville Fl is the Real Pro! He spent a lot of time with me today explaining what I needed and how to do it. It worked so well, many thanks to JOHN MILLER at the Pro Desk Regency store Jacksonville Fl and I am so grateful!!!

Eight stores I want to last Saturday the one that reads the square talk tomorrow all eight Home Depot stores post security item couldn't find them region Square have one plus at 4:00 didn't know where the other three were you know how to go way over there to another store on North Side on them turn to fans I need it they did have it but they were not marked nobody knew where they were here said such a show couldn't find them there found out they were on the Shelf problem was way up in the air the numbers didn't match to the Box Reese's Square sells those fans faster than anybody else and a little small store on them turn it's one third the size they should have built that thing bigger place of Graham people hitting each other's elbow as a lantern store

I find this store has gotten better over the years and they have more items in stock then other big box store near by. I think the speed bumps add to the feeling that the store cares about the guests safety.

Today’s trip was one of the most helpful and productive trips I’ve had at Home Depot

The customer service at this store is second to none. If you get a chance to go to this store ask for Kelly she is very familiar with the products and patient.

The employees should listen to what the customers are asking before they respond with incorrect information

In midst of remodeling kitchen (numerous trips to HD) and have received fast, friendly, and customer oriented service each and every time. Big Keith (floor associate) and Lisa (cashier) deserve a shout out. Exceeded my expectations.

Everyone is great at this store, but Iris Gipson is exceptional. Always helpful with a smile even when the task is going above and beyond.

We went to Home Depot to order a washer and dryer for our new home. It was difficult finding an employee to assist us. It did take about 5-10 minutes, but Charlene (Appliance Specialist) took care of us and she has a beautiful personality. She goes above and beyond and we appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism. We were walking up to the register, and she would make sure to say hi to customers and would even ask if they need any help. That is great customer service, and we truly appreciate her and are grateful that she was the one to assist us.

I feel special because everyone is so helpful.

On Dec 16, I walked into Home Depot in need of a cordless drill and walked out with a 6 piece cordless tool set for $200. More than what I came in for, but I had no idea how much easier these tools made the project that I was working on.

I buy most of my Household Supplies, Parts, Tools etc from the Home Depot, due to their employees

Kelly was very knowledgeable in the flooring department she knows her products and what is she is trying to sell to the customers she is very helpful and I will be back.

ITEMS WERE EASY TO LOCATE

Recently went to another Home Depot store in our city and was made to feel like I was a complete annoyance, staff member mumbled & huffed at me. The experience at this Regency store was a completely difference - everyone was helpful, kind, friendly & knowledgeable.

The Regency Home Depot store is the best in Duval County by far.

My cashier, Paula, went above and beyond as always. She is one of the best cashiers you have. She has a great personality, she is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and she is truly a blessing.. Because of her, this Home Depot will continue to get all of my construction/ building material needs going forward. Today was the 3rd or 4th time I went through her line and all I can say is, this Home Depot has completely won me over because of Paula. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!

As an architect, I have been enlarging and remodeling my home for quite a long time now. More than 90% of my home is from Home Depot, that's why it's my home sweet Home Depot home!

I enjoy shopping at the Regency Home Depot in Jacksonville, FL. Associates don't act like sales clerks. They are helpful when I need help, and don't push themselves into my shopping when I don't.
