I'm disabled & the workers there very, very helpful & friendly

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERRY POLITE

Would you believe cashiers at store #4112 only make $12 an hour. If every executive at home Depot would accept $12 hr wage 40 hrs a week for 90 days and live very well then keep the wages to what they are

Good advice on project supplies. Workshops helpful but more topics are needed, would be nice to access online

I went into the store to purchase some paint. Stood and waited in the paint section while waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I made eye contact numerous times with the female clerk who was on around 12:30PM, I was ignored. They make clerk was helping other clients. At one point I asked the female clerk (no name tag) if she had time to help me? She went on to tell me I was supposed to be standing elsewhere to order the paint. I said ok, and you could have said May I help you? And then let me know where I should have been standing. While I was getting paint rollers and brushes I could hear her complaining about me to the male clerk in the next isle. The male clerk ended up helping me and I got what I needed. He also helped all but 1 client while I waited.

Nice store, not every friendly people. But you get your work done.

Beyond ghetto and classless. I would never return nor would I ever recommend.

If you need help in hardware ask for Sekou very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my shopping easy

Rude staff, I had question and before finishing it. She replied don't you see me working with someone. No she walking by herself and I flagged her down. I told the cashier about the situation. Staff member was very lucky. Why? Normally, my daughter goes with me, I was alone. Things would've went a different way. Stores like this don't provide proper training onsite. I've read the questions and answers to the test they provide but no staff ever follows policy. When someone is experiencing a bad day they don't know how to cope with it especially in the workplace. Its said. This goes to fast food places and restaurants across the world. This is why you see confrontations and fights in stores are happening more and more. So disrespected I never smh

What a great shopping experience. We spent our money wisely, at Home Depot. The store representatives on all levels help to make our shopping experience pleasant. From the time we enter and exit this Home Depot store we were treated with friendliness and courtesy. Thank you, for making our shopping experience enjoyable.

If you need anything in the hardware department seek Sekou, h is very helpful and a really good associate that is wi to help.

All tools available... beats Lowe’s

The store was some what clean just a little hard to find some products

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS EXTREMLEY BUSY AND THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I NEVER FEEL LIKE I'M BEING RUSHED. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP NO MATTER HOW BUSY THE STORE GETS

Many people complain about this Home Depot, but my husband and I were extremely grateful for the services. From the Service rep Jen and Miguel, to the manager Dustin and Yolonda, they made the trip worthwhile. We are installing a gate and utterly confused on what was needed for our home project. Dustin the manager was awesome and have us so many helpful tips and knew what we needed so we did not have to make several trips back and forth. The store was clean and had the items. The rep Jen and Miguel were awesome because they helped us to purchase everything with a smile although the store was packed. Yolanda assisted with the purchase as well and was so helpful. The entire team gets Kuddos from us!!

I came into Home Depot to see what's on sale or what good offers they had. I saw an associate Sekou in hardware who was in aisle 14 packing down some tools, he appears very happy with a big smile. He stop packing down and assisted me with everything I came in for. even though it was crowded and the lines was long I enjoyed my experience shopping there because of great staff like Sekou who was able to find everything I wanted even going to other aisles looking in the overhead for tools I've inquired about. I will definitely return to shop at Home Depot. Tell him to keep up his excellent services

I used to work at Sears,where HomeDepot is located today.

I find the products I were looking, I don't need assistance, but associates are ready, the store is clean, associates are friendly and helpful

No standing in the line for a long period, plenty of floor service people to help with your shopping needs

If you need any household items: blinds, rods, building material, cemetery, gardening, kitchen and bathroom or other supplies go to Home Depot Store off of Roosevelt Boulevard where employees enjoy there job. These clerks make all customers experienced feel special, they are helpful and friendly, and direct you to correct row to find your items and have a clerk in sight to assist you.

Some associates are helpful if you get the right one. Most of the time when I go to this store location I can't get any help. The cashiers are more helpful than the associates that are on the floor. I have been to different Home Depots. The service is totally different. The store is clean and most of the time I can find the products I'm lóoking for.

The store is very simple to maneuver and find stuff, workers are friendly, and was able to go in and out in 10 minutes, which never happens.

The store need more associates on the floor
