Needed a list of plumbing items for an emergency problem at home, when on H.D.'s web site to check if the major items were in stock and aisle locations. Then when to the H.D. Store and grab the items needed on the list, a very friendly employee took me immediately to the location of products not on my original list. The store was energized with customers being Sunday and within an hour of store closing, but checkout was quick.

Ordered vertical blinds on line. Order was ready when I arrived. During the visit I looked through the garden section, being very clean and organized. Also the store lighting was welcoming. The associate at customer service was polite and sociable.

The associate I had in doors named Sean was very helpful he made my shopping experience so easy & he provided me the knowledge for my next project. I was so pleased!

THI IS A GREAT STORE VERY WELL EQUIPPED BUT VERY BAD SERVICE BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SORRY.

Arrived in such a great mood. Wanted to prep for our garden. There was no one to assist. I decided to just purchase a few plants, approaching the check out area...it was mad congested. Waiting in line 3 cashiers were joking amongst themselves. They were dismissive. No eye contact, made one feel as if a customer's presence was a nuisance to them. FELT HORRIBLE LEAVING THIS STORE

Store was clean and the product was very easy to find, Service was great and left there feeling very satisfied.

Everyone at the store is always friendly and very professional.

Main mans Thomas from the front end helped me out and got me out of the store in a timely fashion. I appreciated it a lot

Needed paint and all my questions were answered. I was directed to the right products and I did't have to wait very long. The attendant was excellent, well mannered and professional.

Couldn't be any happier

I wasn't able to get the paint I want, the machine to match color seem to always be down, The store is clean and I was able to find all the items I needed. The sale associates are very helpful and friendly. I will be visiting again for the rest of my items to finish making repairs to my home.

Keith from Appliance department was very frinedly and my family and I feel very welcomed, also the store was very organized.

Everything I needed was found by me.

Failed to deliver an “express delivery”. No call or email to explain what happened. Caused me to waste a whole day.

Definitely need better customer service. Poor service reflects off of bad management. All that joking around should be saved for lunchtime. Having everyone on the same page will help run things differently. If you need help reach out to me.

The supervisor Maribel was one Of the best employee at home depot she help me with all my questions I have about specific floor And plant she also walk me To self check out always with a good attitude

The last couple of times I came to return product, the lines was terrible and customer service seemed very slow. For this reason, it made me choose another store for my return. When I got to the other store last week, I was told that the computers were down and I could not return my item because I had a gift card. I'll try again this week.
