Things could be better stock

I recommend this store due to the fact that I had a a Cashier by the name of Jessica who made me feel comfortable and also made me have a nice checkout!

I visited this Home Depot Store #4112 on Saturday, September 28, 2019 and had a great experience. I knew where all of the items I wanted were located and found them quickly. When I arrived at a register, there were only 3 other customers in front of me. The line moved swiftly until it came to the customer directly in front of me. He spoke to the cashier for a while and then left the line to find another item. At this time, she invited me up to her register and she took care of me during the time it took the customer in front of me to get back to his cart. Everything worked out fine.

They keep this store stocked and checking out is easy

The guards were helpful along with the rest of the staff there, while the Ladies Restroom was tended too and presentable also. Their quality of indoor plants is good - the plants are sturdy and healthy which is helpful too.

Great Customer Service and their associates don't mind working to assist their customers. Clean store.

I have always had positive experiences at this store but a recent purchase proved that the staff at this store goes above and beyond to help to rectify an issue I had with a recent purchase. I was helped by John and Dustin both supervisors. They went above and beyond to help me. They both offered exceptional customer service. I will always shop with Home Depot both online ordering and also directly visiting this store. I am a senior diy and was treated with respect and kindness. This is not always the case at some businesses when dealing with seniors. Home Depot at 4640 Roosevelt Blvd. is the best! Thank you Dustin and John.

Store was clean plenty of products. Paint pro employee Natalie should not be working in any for of customer service. When you go ask for Nicki she will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is helped.

Visited the store yesterday to bring in my empty water bottles and purchase new ones. Maribel at the checkout was amazing and super helpful and then Billy (receipt checker) loaded up my new bottles when I was waiting in line! Wonderful customer service!
